We really enjoyed four night stay at the hosts Air B & B with a separate entrance way with an outside shower to wash off the sand when you came back from the beach. The host communicated through text to ask if all was well and if our space met our needs. Absolutely!! It is a perfect get away for two. The beach and eateries were all in walking distance. We parked our car and walked through our days here. Very enjoyable, clean and a fun place to hang. We will be back!!

My husband and I stayed here for a week and enjoyed every minute of it. The home was clean and had everything we needed. We cooked one night and had breakfast and had plenty of utensils/cookware, didn’t have to purchase anything of that nature. The kitchen sink was a little finicky and we had trouble keeping the water flowing, but other than that, everything was good. The location of the property was perfect. Jim, the owner, provided bicycles so those came in handy! It was only a 3 ish minute ride to the beach access or an 8 ish minute walk. We even walked all the way into Seaside one night and the walk was extremely pleasant. Definitely a longer walk, but we did not mind. Lastly, Jim was very kind and helpful! Overall, we absolutely enjoyed our stay and would love to stay again if we have the chance.

The carriage house is immaculately decorated and cleaned. It is quiet and in a neighborhood that is convenient to all amenities. Our host checked in periodically to make sure we had no needs and to offer suggestions for places to visit. We would stay here again!

Very nice place to stay within walking distance to the beach and restaurants and Seaside. We've stayed at several places on 30A before; this was by far the nicest and cleanest house we've stayed at in this area. It looks like something out of a magazine; it's beautifully designed and has everything you'll need. We enjoyed riding the bicycles to Seaside. It was a wonderful week!

This property has everything you could ask for and more. It is close to the beach and restaurants and it is beautifully appointed. The owners are very responsive and accomodating. I dont think anyone would be unhappy with this for their beach stay.We sure did enjoy it! Thanks Jim and Debbie! See you on our return trip next summer.

Amazing carriage house that is spotless and beautifully decorated. Jim is a wonderful host and very communicative. The location is a 2 minute drive from the local grocery store and beach access! Path available to walk or use the bikes provided to both in about 10 minutes or less. The extra beach supplies provided is a great touch. The perfect neighborhood to be in as far as location from amenities and the town’s Main Street. Comfy king size bed is the cherry on top. Would love to come back whenever I’m in the area again!

We really enjoyed staying for a quick little getaway! Very clean, cozy and private and the perfect location. We hope to be back!

Jim and Debbie were amazing hosts. The pictures do not do this place justice, absolutely beautiful. 11/10 would recommend. Great people, great place, great communication, great amenities (outdoor shower & private patio with grill), very convenient location (2 blocks from the beach, restaurants, and grocery store), and loved having bikes and beach equipment provided as part of the stay.
