it wasn’t easy to excess and it wasn’t clean lots of cob webs things were dirty

Location was excellent, property was very clean. Kitchen had everything we required for our stay. Enough Clothes hangers as I have lots of clothes. Bed was comfortable. Pillows were good and there was enough towels for our needs.

Property was not available when we arrived at 3.30pm. Had been sent an e-mail while I was in transit telling me it would not be available until 5pm. I asked to be informed by text on my phone not by e-mail, as we had no internet and did not see the message. On first meeting us Owner said that my husband looked old enough to be my Father. My Husband is five years older than me. Owner parked in our parking space and that caused us stress. There are a lot of rules about parking and getting fined 100 GBP. He should park his car in the visitors car parking space.

Nice Facilities and great support from the staff

The property we stayed in was amazing. Very spacious for 2 of us. Check in was easy and host was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Like it so much booked for more staff and have used over a few weeks now.

The apartment space was perfect for our family of four. Comfortable and nicely designed, with all the facilities required to feel like we were holidaying at home. Spacious, with 2 bathrooms, including a single shower.

Having some additional laundering and washing products, such as stain remover, plus ample dishwashing and laundry soap for the duration of our stay. It felt like tablets had been rationed out.

we have family on the same block so it was a great opportunity to visit them whilst having our own space

The Apartment. Lovely Building. Location.

The building and grounds were lovely. The flat was warm, however the second room had no wardrobe space and was rather small.

We understand it was the Xmas period but the owners were not the most helpful. Our parents arrived and there was no key in the lockbox. When they called the owner he said they thought we had checked in already. I'm not sure how my parents could have checked in without a key. The car parking space was not available when my parents arrived and there was little the owner did when this was mentioned to them. We also looked at all the equipment in the apartment and they said a hairdryer was available but when we got there, it was not there. We asked the owner and they simply said it should be in the wardrobe with no further assistance. We were not able to dry out hair during the whole Xmas stay. We were disappointed with the lack of help from the owner. The bath didn't have a shower screen on curtain therefore it was difficulty to keep the floors dry.
