Le logement est grand, propre, très bien situé. Le point d'eau dans chaque chambre avec le miroir est vraiment un plus.

Il manquait des chaises dans la cuisine pour le nombre de personnes que nous étions, et des verres. La chambre du haut avait l'inconfort du bruit de la tuyauterie chaque fois que l'eau était utilisée (wc ou robinet)

La ubicación es excelente y el apartamento muy cómodo.

Las camas más blandas de lo normal. Los muelles de los colchones eran molestos.

Excellent location and spacious for a group of 8. Easy instructions to collect keys and small elevator for ease of getting suitcases upstairs. Large kitchen with suitable cooking facilities. Bedding was thoroughly warm. Neatly presented

The central heating didn't work consistently but there were small room heaters supplied so we weren't cold. Water pressure of the showers on the main living floor is very low, not sure if that's just a London thing or not. Lots of street noise for the 2 bedrooms facing the street.

Perfect location, good check-in service before arrival.

The house was not clean at all. I found hair on the bed, a cigarette next to the window, bread crumbs in the sink, in one of the rooms the shutter was broken and it was just there as it fell, not even hidden somewhere before it could get repaired, and many other things. I did call the hosts to let them know and if there was anything they could do. I sent them pictures. All I got was a "We will call you back" and never actually got a call back. I normally do not write reviews but I was really not impressed by the service post arrival. Another thing was that we had 1 set of keys for 9 people... and to open the building door we had to go downstairs (3 floors), so that was not ideal. The elevator did not work most of the times.
