This was our annual girls weekend usually around 20 or so, this year a bit less at 16. The house was perfect for our gathering. Huge, lovely well appointed kitchen was perfect for all of us to prep, cook and serve together. Also clean up was quick with all the sink and dishwasher options. The bedrooms are well thought-out and the decor throughout is beautiful. The living room is so cozy and comfy for all to gather. The deck with its sauna, hot tub tables chaises and chairs was perfect as we had unseasonably warm weather! We still managed a fire in the fire pit at night which was beautiful as well. Bathrooms were beautiful and more than enough for all of us. The girls loved the karaoke machine in the basement...much fun and laughs ensued. Jeff could not have been a nicer host bringing us a gorgeous flower arrangment for the front hallway to greet us on arrival and wine at the ready on the island as well as dropping off two delicious local bakery coffee cakes which everyone loved. This was a memorable and relaxing weekend for all...thank you Jeff and Mary for your hospitality! We will be back.

We had a large group that stayed at the house over a long weekend. We ended up staying in due to the weather and the house was perfect. Plenty of space for everyone and many things to do. Really clean and well stocked. Would definitely stay here again!

Listing exactly as described. Plenty of room for 8 adults and 6 children. Host was extremely attentive and available. Pool, bunk beds, stage with karaoke machine, big hit with the kids. Nearby beaches, especially Skaket, were beautiful. Well equipped kitchen.

We had 14 ppl age 2-75 and there were a lot of great things about the house:
check in was easy and the owner Jeffrey let us check in early. He was very friendly and easy to communicate with the entire time!
The house has a big kitchen for family dinners, a big sitting room, a tv room that we made a playroom, a big pool (not heated), a hot tub which we used a bunch, outdoor shower and a fun karaoke stage in the basement. The deck was great for dinners and we used the grill and fire pit.
One room is very small- just fits a bed and a dresser. It’s also the only one on the first floor.
The downstairs “kids room” ended up not working out because the bunk beds don’t have rails, the big kids hit their heads because they are up so high, and the downstairs also has a furnace room and a garage, neither of which can be locked, which didn’t work for our very curious 3 and 4yos.
The top floor bedrooms are also railroad style so you have to walk through one to get to the other/the bathroom which wasn’t ideal.
I think showing a floor plan would help this listing.
This is our third summer on the cape all together and the other two houses we stayed in had a garage full of fun - bikes, kayaks, toys, etc. this house didn’t come with anything (inc beach towels) which was hard as we flew in. It’s also between 2 main roads which made running/walking challenging.
Can’t walk to beaches but close drive to everything else!
We won’t stay again but would def work for others!

What a beautiful and welcoming home that so many people were able to enjoy making so many wonderful family memories there together! It was like a precious gem that was secluded and private like it’s own compound. It was like a retreat with all the amenities like the pool and sauna and hot tub and so many living spaces…to read, lounge or enjoy playing a game. So grateful to have enjoyed spending time there with others enjoying every detail of the property providing anything and everything to make an unmistakable memory for all that were there. The home felt like it was a welcoming warm hug the moment you walked up the front path to the front door. The owners were very accommodating and welcoming. This is the first vrbo I have rented that is actually larger than it looks online. A true "10"

12 friends had a fabulous time escaping to this beautiful home. Everything from the kitchen to the sauna was well-used and much-enjoyed. Having a soaking tub and also whirlpool tubs inside and outside? Glorious. Everything was precisely as advertised, and when we had a question, the owner was extremely responsive and courteous. We were delighted with our experience and hope to come back again!

We had 22 family members at out reunion ranging in age from 3-80. The house had plenty of space for everyone both when we gathered as a group and when people wanted private time. The pool was a big hit with lots of space for swimming and game playing. The kitchen worked well for preparing meals for 22 and the deck was a great place to eat. Hope to return next year

Orleans Property Review
This was such a gorgeous house in a great location so close to the beach, restaurants and plenty of adventures. The property manager was so wonderful to work with giving very detailed information on the property and even recommendations for some great local places to visit. Our group had an incredible time, can't wait to visit again!

We had a wonderful stay over the Chirstmas holidays. It was a family vacation with my siblings, our partners, children, and dogs. The setup is great for big families with an awesome large space in the basement for the kids. The common space and kitchen are fantastic. We loved the fireplace especially during the festive season. And we also loved having the hot tub and sauna for the adults. It is a great location near many pretty beaches where we could walk the dogs and enjoy the environment. Owner was very responsive when we had an extrememly minor issue with the heat and helped us get it fixed right away.

Fabulous experience!
I have rented many properties over the years for large family reunions, and this was the best. Very comfortable and well-appointed without feeling stuffy or like you are walking on eggshells. Warm, welcoming and the best equipped kitchen -- including 2 dishwashers and an amazing array of cooking equipment. We enjoyed the hot tub and sauna. I recommend without hesitation!

Pool and deck were so nice, we used both all the time. We had a great week in Orleans.! Also quick ride to all the beaches both bay and ocea,n. Definitely we will return!

Great Large Family Vacation Home
Our family of 15 adults and 2 children, plus 2 dogs, had a great stay at Jeff and Mary's home. There was space in the house for everyone to spread out and have their own quarters. We were so happy to find a home that accommodated us all comfortably and allowed us to enjoy every minute. The pool was a wonderful feature! Very large and clean, we spent most of our days lounging by it. We do wish that there were lights in the pool for night swimming, Jeff did explain why they were not working for now, so we would suggest string or solar lights outside by the pool area for night swimming or hanging out at night! The yard and home perfectly accommodated our dogs, who had a great time! We loved that the yard was fully fenced in, and that the pool area was actually it's own separate fenced area. It worked perfectly for them. We also loved getting to use the sauna! Hot tub looked nice, but was drained since it was summer. Would have loved to use that as the nights were cool! The house was generally very clean. Bathrooms were especially clean, though some areas of the house could use a deep cleaning. Jeff was extremely responsive and helpful if we had anything we needed help with!

Nice Family Getaway
The house accommodated our family of 21 ppl. Having a pool, sauna, and hot tub was the main attraction to the house. We spent most of the vacation at the house cooking, being in the lovely backyard swimming, and sitting around the living room enjoying each other's company. The house is very spacious allowing you to spread out and find quiet space if you need it. Jeff was great about communicating if we had any questions or needs.

AMAZING House for a great big family!
Jeff was so responsive and easy to communicate with. The house is absolutely gorgeous and had everything we needed. It is perfect for a big family vacation like my family and I had, we hadn't done something like this in 10 years, it was truly special. Thank you so much Jeff for everything, and leaving us a delicious desert when we arrived. This trip meant the world to my grandmother to have her whole family in once place for a week. We couldn't thank you enough! Cheers!

Perfect pre-wedding get away
We stayed here the week before my wedding with our wedding party. Everything was fantastic! There was plenty of space for the 12 of us, beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed stocked and ready for us when we arrived!
We normally spend our days on the cape out and about, but this house became an attraction in and of itself! We loved the pool, hot tub, sauna and outdoor space to hang out. The kitchen was also fantastic and we had everything we needed for the times we wanted to cook. We also loved how friendly the property was for our dogs. The entire backyard was fenced in so our furry kids got to have their own vacation!
Also, I can’t thank Jeff enough for being flexible with us and allowing us to move our originally booked week from 2020 to 2021 due to covid. We’ll remember this experience forever. We’re so sad it’s over but so grateful it happened!!

Jeff was great and the house came exactly as shown. Was in town with a large group for a wedding at the Wequassett (2 mins away). Great location, great outdoor entertainment space, great amenities, plenty of room for everyone. Highly recommend.

A fabulous weekend!!!
When Covid hit our wedding was cancelled, so we were looking for a place to host our elopement instead with a few guests. Jeff was beyond accommodating, answered all of my questions quickly and even left some wine with a sweet congratulatory card on the counter for us. The house was spotless and the whole space was massive, so everyone felt like they had enough space. Not only that but it was beautiful and we fully enjoyed all of the amenities. We even snuck away to the nearby beach for some photos after the ceremony! It was a perfect weekend and Jeff was an incredible host. We hope to come back one day soon!! Thank you Jeff!!

We stayed at the property for three nights in late September and had a great time. We were lucky with the weather, and had a great day fishing.
The highlight of the trip was the house though. It’s very comfortable and sets up perfectly for a reasonably large group. We had 14 adults and everybody had their own quarters and enjoyed the ample social areas of the house too. The kitchen is the heart of the home and this one has everything you need. Outside, the pool, hot tub, sauna and gas grill and fire pit were all big hits.
Jeff ifs a perfect host, he communicates very clearly and gives great instructions for everything.
Loved it. Can’t wait for next year.

The property was excellent and exactly as advertised. The rooms are spacious and the kitchen huge and comfortable. It was everything we could have wanted for our family reunion.

Excellent Family Vacation
We rented the house for a four night stay during Thanksgiving. This house has character and warmth and we loved it! Well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels and blankets, firewood and even a cake and couple bottles of wine on arrival from host! Beds were comfy and we slept 19 people there. We enjoyed the hot tub and sauna, scrabble games, small stage downstairs for kids, outdoor grill. Getting in touch with host on arrival was easy. Would definitely rent again!
