After reading some of the reviews, I have to say, do others really believe that the host should provide toiletries? I have never stayed in any beach condo or house that provided toiletries like paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, plastic wrap, laundry pods/dryer sheets etc. At the most, the host usually provides a roll to start but it’s the responsibility of the renter to supply their own needs. If you want all that stay in a hotel. Anyways as for my review, PJ is VERY responsive and we did have a few issues that were taken care of right away. The toilet (unbeknownst to us) was leaking down to the renters underneath us. PJ had a plumber come out and fix it right away. Our master room door didn’t shut but PJ informed us of an attic leak the previous week so the door has not been replaced as of yet (we just put a beach towel over it so when we shut it you couldn’t see threw the crack. As for cleanliness, the place was clean and neat. I think the showers could have been cleaned a little better in the seals when the door shuts but the shower itself was clean. The beach view on the third floor is phenomenal. Crystal clear water most of the week! Only downfall of being on third floor is walking the stairs BUT this is the first time I haven’t gained weight on a vacation. We did pay for the linen package and yes they are not high quality but served the purpose and were just fine. The kitchen was stocked with basics. We cook in most nights and had what we needed. We had a great week. Property was as listed and views were good. It was quiet and relaxing at night.

Loved the complex. I had to pay 75 for linens and they weren’t quality at all they were the host’s personal linens. We stayed for 9 days and was not provided with any provisions to last through our stay for example 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. No dish soap only 2 laundry pods no tissues or paper towels when people travel and rent a place we shouldn’t have to go buy all that stuff The bathrooms needed a deep cleaning as well
