Just location

Dirty rooms with non maintenance at all in all facilities. Swimming pool was destroyed and dangerous to walk in it. In the gym machines doesn’t work and last time they clean maybe was at the opening. I needed to ask staff to clean my room several times because didn’t make my room. When I ask why they didn’t make my room they told me ok tomorrow. Staff was so lazy.

Really good location near to restaurant, spa, coffee shop or traditional food. The room was clean and pool was really nice. We order fried rice for breakfast only 35k for 1person, cheap and yummy :)

Lokasinya bagus, deket ke pantai,cari tempat makan sangat mudah. Kamar bersih dan amenities lengkap. Ruang gym kecil tapi bersih dan alatnya cukup untuk saya yang senang berolah raga. Front office sangat ramah

The room was not clean... The bed sheets smelt like oil... The room smelt like smoke. I didnt get a refund they tried to change my room but the other rooms were also the same.

Pros: -Most of the guys (one was Oka) who were working at the front desk were really good and helpful -A lil bit close to the main road / Circle K -Staff cleans the room when you ask them to -Gym facilities, pool is OK as no one is usually staying there so u got it all for yourself

Cons: -“Manager’s” customer service needs to be improved -Wifi was horrible! Asked the “manager” of this hotel how’s the WiFi before booking for 1 month, she assured it was really good. It was probably slower than DSL most of the days. I mean I would understand if internet is slow if she gave a heads up instead of putting my expectations up. I couldn’t do anything about it even if negotiating to pay for the days (1-2) that I stayed. Instead she gave me a router with 30GB. It wasn’t even working well. I’m assuming it was because of the location. -Rooms were dark. Pics looked really different -Toilet is stinky. Not well maintained -Rooms have a foul odor when I first checked in I wouldn’t really come back here despite of it being cheap. I’d rather find a decent one
