We arrived at at 9:40pm to be told there was no internet(no wifi nor sat tv)and told we were welcome to find somewhere else! Intentionally misleading, as I’d emailed twice earlier in the day to confirm arrival details and this info wasn’t given.

Great size 1bdrm unit for a family with one teen and one younger child. Clean, warm and everything worked as it should. Staff were friendly.
Play area was a bit tired and just a swing to entertain a 6 yr old so we would only stay here a night or 2.

Clean and tidy, good shower pressure and cooking facilities at a reasonable price.
Staff were very accommodating in waiting up for us when we arrived at 8 30pm and agreed to waiver a double booking that occurred via booking .com
Not sure yet but hopefully booking.com doesn't charge a fee to the hotel for an accidental double booking on my behalf as I booked the same room x2 online.

Very warm. Great heat pump turned on by staff. Double glazing in wondows kept cosy all night.

Was greeted by friendly staff, efficient customer service and made sure myself and partner understood the rules and regulations prior to handing over the keys to room. Also explained general house rules and health & safety protocols.
There wasn’t anything to dislike.

The rooms were cramped with 4 beds in a small space.
