They ask me to pay upfront and cancelled from booking.com site reservation they keep insisting me for that

We loved the cosiness and tastefulness of this calm oasis in the middle of busy Bangalore! We received warm service with smiles from the heart from Utse Suites, and was super happy with them going out of their way to cook us a nice Nepalese breakfast for our early morning checkout. Super yummy! Thank you!

This hotel is absolutely un clean to stay no clean room no clean bathroom, rooms are so tiny to and there's a lots of mosquitos everywhere won't be able to sleep and every half n hour the staff and owner herself putting some chemicals when we complain about mosquitos and bad breathe coming from the bathrooms, it was horrible disasters stay for us.. when I ask the owner about this bad smell "she told me there's a sewage/Nala side and backside of the hotel that's the reason we get lots of mosquitos and that's why we used chemical Spray for them" I told her I can't even breathe in this smell and won't be able to sleep at all then she replied this is how it is sir, there's nothing we can do about it. I was so stunned and disappointed 😞

It’s located near Commercial Street and Westside. Stay was comfortable. Ms Rebika was greatly helpful.

Food is overpriced and can taste better. Takes a long time to be prepared. There are a lot of locals hanging outside which makes it quite uncomfortable. I even saw a transgender person coming to the lobby demanding money when I checked in.

the decoration is great, the food they serve on demand is excellent and copious, very friendly, room is charming and has all you could need. i like the upscale shopping district location which is very centrally located. I appreciate the Tibetan theme and warm decor after being in India a while, since most hotels have no personal touch and are just very "standard"

staff was not always super helpful. talk to the boss man or you may get some wonky advice and responses.
