It is a very cozy and familiar hotel. We really enjoyed it

1. Location, location and one more time location. 2. Friendly and helpfull staff; 3. Food at the bar-restourant. We had delicious dinners on the beach. 4. Swimming pool is fantastic place to relax after hot Thailand's day.

We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights and each day we had exactly the same breakfast. There should be more options to choose. We had some minor issues with air conditioning. I believe this could be solved so for the future guest it might be not an issue at all.

Delivers what it promises: great peaceful beach, relaxed garden and sand in your shoes!

we enjoyed the room - it was a nice design , all amenities were available - Even Netflix and Prime was there. the Pool has a Good size .small Charming beautique Hotel close to. the Little down town with cute Cafés and Restaurants , breakfast was nice but more Variety Would be wonderful . easy Access to the Beach - Good for walking on the Beach

Both my partner and I have a lot of experience traveling through Thailand (total of 15 visits). This is our favorite resort! The resort is small scale and located in a quiet bay, right at the beach. The beach is beautiful, clean and quiet. The staff is fantastic. No fake smiles, but genuine faces and kindness. The whole staff seems to work together like a big family. The ocean view room is beautiful, with a spacious rooftop terrace overlooking the sea. The resort area has a beautiful set up. We only tried pizza's (besides breakfast) at the resort ,when our childeren were to tired to go out, and they are really good. We also drank the best coffee here. Within walking distance is the (very) small village with everything you need, excellent local restaurants, street food, massage parlours, supermarkets, etc. You can take a longtail boot or taxi to another side of the same bay, which we enjoyed as well (but we preferred our side of the bay). We go for massages almost every day when we are in Thailand and we had the best massages from masseuses Tuk and Nok from Sandee massages. Although all the Thai restaurants we tried were excellent, our favorites are Monsoon and Red hot chilli peppers. Also worth mentioning is That's Amore, an Italian restaurant (by Italian/Thai owners). Breakfast at the resort was a la carte and extensive. House keeping was very thorough. We hope to be able to visit this resort some day again!

Although the breakfast was extensive, we missed a few things, such as more choice for toppings on bread, in addition to eggs and homemade jam. However, this is probably only an issue for people like us, who like to eat bread for breakfast and it ony mattered because we stayed for many days.

Great location at one of the best beaches on Koh Phangan. Sand in my shoes is a cozy little hotel which offers everything you need for a beach vacation. There’s always enough sunbeds. A little extra: SUP board and kayaks are available for the guests (free of charge). The room is spacious and clean and the bed was very comfortable. We liked the breakfast as well, but we didn’t know in the beginning that it was possible to order ice coffee. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Room cleaning was perfect. The hotel will also help you to arrange transfer.

When we arrived, the room smelled a bit odd. But once the air condition was on, everything was fine. The light switches were confusing. Maybe some description would help. In the bathroom there is too little light over the mirror. But none of these points was a big issue and we would absolutely return!

Lovely place and beach in nice little quiet village with a few restaurants, bars and shops etc.

Bit pricey at £150 a night but we book last minute.

The hotel is soo badly operated and the service is really poor. In short, it is NOT worth the price and NO I do not recommend this place to anyone. I explained the details below: Cleaning: We arrived at around 6pm at the hotel. Our room was partially cleaned, and the sheets were changed but there were no clean towels, no soap, and the glasses they put in the bathroom were used. The shelves in the bedroom were dusty. On that evening, they were able to give us clean towels & soap but the cleaning only happened the next afternoon. Breakfast: The coffee machine was broken so the first day they served us Nescafe as "black coffee". Only when we specifically asked to ensure it is not a Nescafe, they told us that it is actually an instant coffee. For 3 days, I and other hotel guests were walking to the city center to buy coffee and only after the 4th day, after we recommended they buy & serve something for their guests, they started to serve some filtered coffee to the guests. Price: The portions are small and not worth the price. The other hotels charge the same for better quality. Personal: I must say that was the best and the worst part. Whoever the owner of the hotel is, they are definitely not there. They employ locals in the hotel for service which is the best part. However, someone should teach and guide the team to serve better for what they charge for. Before leaving the hotel I gave them this "feedback" since they send a message via booking and ask for it. The hotel manager's response was "IT IS OK" :)) For me, this is the most ridiculous part. Instead of a "thank you", "I appreciate the feedback" or "sorry for the inconvenience caused" if their only response is "IT IS OK", I can clearly say that IT IS NOT OK and no, I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone.

Location was perfect. The room was lovely and it was so nice to have a ceilng fan in the room. The staff were very helpful especially May May who helped us with our transfers and bike rental.

the team were amazing, the hotel had very much a boutique vibe as it was small and so friendly. The rooms were lovely, we had a sea view with a huge terrace. great breakfast, so much choice and the location for families was very pretty

Perfect location right by a pretty secluded and small beach. Such a beautiful place! Every room is thought out to perfection with interior design. The staff feels like family from the second you get there, they are all so nice and professional! And also an extra star to the staff in the kitchen, they are awesome!!! Small village outside is also worth mentioning... Small but big in our hearts <3
