Location is perfect , in the Santa Cruz area close to the palace and cathedral. Comfy bed, good shower and air conditioning.
You had to move the kettle to the bedside cabinet to plug it in and it would have been great to have had a fridge.

The location was good. The sights are nearby. Check in was frictionless.
We can not adjust the temperature of the AC. A microwave could be useful. There were loud noises above our room for moments in the evening, it doesn’t last too long but still worth mentioning.

Location
Noise and the fact there was no reception. We arrived in Seville early, went to the hotel hoping to drop off the bags. Could find no one, and left messages but the reply took hours.
