Riad DIHYA & Rooftop Pool

We were absolutely delighted with our stay in Marrakech. From the moment we made our reservation, we felt truly welcomed and cared for. The riad itself was absolutely beautiful, exceptionally clean, and very tastefully decorated. Our room was cleaned every day and everything was kept spotless. Every little detail was well taken care of, and everything about our stay was simply perfect. Hamid was incredibly kind and attentive throughout our entire stay. As soon as we booked, he contacted us on WhatsApp and shared very useful information about the riad and Marrakech, which made everything so much easier for us. He welcomed us so warmly and was always there whenever we needed anything. He even helped us a lot when it was time to leave. He genuinely felt like one of us rather than simply a member of the staff, and we became very fond of him. We are truly grateful for all his kindness and care. Leila, who prepared our breakfasts, was also incredibly warm and friendly. She prepared the most delicious breakfasts for us every morning, always with a big smile and so much care. One of the most special moments of our stay was when they remembered my mother’s birthday and prepared a beautiful cake for her. It was such a thoughtful and unexpected gesture, and it created a truly unforgettable memory for both of us. ❤️ We would like to sincerely thank Hamid, Leila, and the entire team for their kindness, warmth, attention to detail, and wonderful hospitality. They made us feel completely at home during our stay in Marrakech. Breakfast was really good. The pool was perfect to cool down during a hot day.

To get to the riad you have to walk through an alley.

I was amazed by how helpful Hamid, the manager, was both before, during, and after our stay. I booked the hotel quite late (about 5 hours before arrival), and he still arranged a transfer from the busstation to the hotel for us. When we got there he came and picked us up from the taxi and was very welcoming, and just a great fun guy. I really enjoyed talking to him whenever we saw him. Our flight out was at 6AM, which meant we had to get into a taxi at 3AM, which of course he arranged for us, and when we got up he was waiting for us to say goodbye and walk us to the taxi! Just an incredible level of commitment. The hotel itself is great too. The rooftop pool is really nice (and clean), which is wonderful during the hot afternoons in Marrakech. The breakfast is plentiful, and the room was great, with really comfortable beds.

Lovely property. Rooftop pool (small but hey, there’s a pool. Very clean and nice. Lovely staff. Great breakfast. Would certainly stay there again.
