A very welcome reception from the host, Mr. Ahmed, a personality in Muntahi Al-Zouk, frankly, and the apartment is of a high standard, very clean, quiet, comfortable, fully equipped and furnished with modern furniture, close to the city center, the Raml Station, the Alexandria Library, and there is everything you need to meet. The host is a cooperative personality and is considered very suitable for long stays in terms of price, location and services I recommend it, as it is an excellent experience for the second time after the renovation

The apartman itself is very nice, clean, perfectly equipped and Mr Ahmed was very helpful. I would just wish it would have been on another location.

the location is far out of Alexandria, in the middle of a slab area, which is pretty much can be scary and depressing to see for someone who is new for Egypt. i came with two Egyptian friends and they were themselves scared of the location. Definetly the pricing is way higher than the value. A 45 dollars price is way too much, due to the location a 15 dollar max could go with.

the owner is very helpful n friendly

The staff was very helpful. The apartment is in a tall building. Finding the place was difficult even for taxi drivers, but the owner helped me with that. It is a good place for a family. For a solo traveler it was a little bit difficult, especially when not speaking Arabic.

The location.

The owner of the space, Ahmed, is a great guy. He’ll get whatever he can for you. Spacious apt. w/ plenty of hot water & functioning bathroom & kitchen. Good location too. Lots of restaurants, cafes, “bodegas,” & other small businesses in the neighborhood.

it is a very nice apartment with all facilities needed, kitchen, laundry, AC, nice shower and clean comfortable beds. the owner is very nice and helpful, nice experience for Alexandria. located in a local community; it is a nice place to experience local Egyptian life.

a bit far away from the tourist attractions

The customer service was exceptional and the flat was neat and comfortable. I really wished I could stay longer. Simply put, it was a home away from home.
