הצוות מדהים. איך שהגענו הביאו לנו שתיה קרה לקחו את המזוודות ונתנו לנו את כל המידע שהיה צריך. תמיד ענו על כל שאלה בסבלנות ובאכפתיות אמיתית, נתנו המלצות מצויינות ונתנו מענה לכל מה שהיינו צריכות. אפילו אחרי שהקבלה נסגרת יש טלפונים שאפשר להתקשר ולקבל מענה. למלון יש שירות מוניות- אפשר להזמין מונית מהבוקר עד 11 בלילה בעלות של 100 בהט לאדם לכל מקום באי. מחיר מצוין לא ניתן למצוא באי בפחות מ150 לאדם, הנהג מקסים ותמיד מגיע מהר. כל בוקר נותנים מגבות נקיות, נשנושים וכל מה שצריך. ממש אהבתי ותמורה מעולה למחיר!

The staff at this place are excellent, from the moment they greeted us we saw how nice and helpful they were at all times and they pay so much attention to every detail. There are some local restaurants walking distance, but you can also drive scooter 5 minutes to the main restaurant/bar area and some amazing beaches. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely go back if I go back to Koh Tao.

Kung, Naing, Oh and Thongchai made us feel like family by taking care of my mother, 2 kids and myself for a week. They helped us with secret snorkeling spots, reduced rate taxis, umbrellas when it was raining, restaurants that can handle picky kids, test drive scooters that we could not handle and checked the wave height at certain beaches to make sure the swimming would be safe for us. Our room was spotless every day, fresh water, a variety of snacks put in our room plus comfortable beds. With the AC and rotating ceiling fans we slept solid every night. Also we could walk to breakfast every morning and choose between different restaurants. At night I was able to telework using the free WiFi with a VPN with no issues including Teams meetings. We were sad when we left. Mar24 and it's staff is the best place we stayed during our 2 month holiday. Xoxoxo

We were nicely expected at Mar24 where we got plenty of explanations on how to optimize our short stay on the island. We really liked that the hotel is offering drinkable water where you can fill up your own bottles. It would really make sense to have this everywhere on the island as to avoid using any more plastic. Being unable to drive a scooter, by paying a fee, we could have the hotel driver take us places on the island (200baht one way). It wasn't cheap but the driver was agreeable and it was a fun way to travel). The swimming pool had a troubled look but it was nice to be able to dive in really close to our room. Also it was very convenient to be pick up from and to the pier. The host and people working there were agreeable and very professional.

The room was clean, however the furniture felt quite outdated. The bathroom could also get worked on a little. There was a really strong smell of naphtaline in our room but on the good side we haven't seen an insect there. A plant in the room could eventually give a lighter feel to it?
