Intracoastal Waterfront House on Private island surrounded by National Parks
Longvue ist ein Cottage in St. Augustine Old-Florida, das auf einer historischen Privatinsel an der Intracoastal Waterway (Markierung 36) liegt.
Die Hausfassaden 330 'der Fassade auf dem North River, umgeben von Guana / Tolomato Matanzas nationalem Estuarine Research Reserve (73.000 Hektar) und Stokes Landing Conservation Preserve (300 Hektar). Die 10 Hektar große Insel ist von Flüssen, Sumpfgebieten und Süßwasserteichen umgeben. Boot / Kajak zum National Reserve und spaziere die Wege nach S. Ponte Vedra Strand. Das Haus ist ein offenes und helles 2.600 Quadratmeter großes Stuck- / Betonblockhaus mit gewölbten Balkendecken und französischen Türen, die zur umlaufenden Ziegelterrasse führen. Eigentum hat volle Überdachung der lebenden Küsteneichen und viel des offenen Yard, um sich zu entspannen und das ursprüngliche Wasser und Küstenschutzgebiet zu genießen. Die Master-Suite befindet sich im Erdgeschoss mit Veranda und drei Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss (eins ein Loft-Balkon). Separate Familie / TV-Raum und Büro Wintergarten. Wir haben gerade ein neues High-End-HVAC-System mit variabler Geschwindigkeitskondensationseinheit und Entfeuchtung sowie neue Brunnenwasser- / Bewässerungspumpen und ein neues Septic-Tank- / Ablassfeld installiert, um Probleme während Ihres Aufenthalts zu minimieren. Ungefähr 1 Meile nördlich der Stokes Landing Road auf US1 gibt es ein neues Publix-Lebensmittelgeschäft.

Amazing property! Very inviting and unique home with gorgeous views of the marsh and live oaks. My family of 4 and 2 dogs had more than enough room and sitting areas in the home. The property was very clean overall and is well maintained. The neighborhood is very quiet, relaxed, and off the beaten path yet still being close enough to everything! The home is within 15-20 minutes of several different beaches, restaurants, grocery store, and downtown St Augustine. We also enjoyed being able to bring our dogs on the trip and having them at the house waiting for us to get back from our daily adventures! We had absolutely no issues or problems with the property and would definitely visit again! The owner was very communicative and welcoming. Thank you for letting us visit your home for our family vacation! We made a ton of great memories!

We really enjoyed our stay at this home in Saint Augustine. The outdoor area is definitely a highlight — very well done, relaxing, and a great space to spend time, whether in the morning or in the evening. It truly adds so much to the experience.The house is comfortable, clean, and well equipped, making our stay easy and enjoyable.The owner was very kind, responsive, and easy to communicate with. He was always willing to help and made sure everything went smoothly, which we really appreciated.We would absolutely recommend this property and would be happy to stay here again.

What an amazing property. Pictures don’t do it justice. Beautiful views. Minutes from grocery and restaurants. Short drive to St Augustine. Great fishing off the dock. Would absolutely stay here again.

The cover photo of the property is clearly an older one Since it was taken there is a new build within a a few feet of the north side of the house. A massive marble deck was installed when we rented and the loud, jarring noise of tile
. cutting saws started at 8:30 am until 6:pm Next the chain saws for another 3 days of tree removal then the owner would get the leaf blower out just as we started to grill outdoors. It was disturbing and truly ruined the tranquil beauty of the conservation area. Inside the home was clean, nicely decorated and the beds were comfortable. A shower head had to be replaced in the master bath. Outside the big green egg grill was broken had to be repaired. Trash had to be cleaned up from what had clearly been a big bon fire party with previous tenants. a
