Piękny, nowoczesny apartament, położony w odległości 15 min spaceru do plaży, przy obiekcie basen, leżki. Cicha okolica, blisko restauracje i sklepy ( także z alkoholem).

Very beautiful property in a private, well kept and peaceful complex. The apartment was nice with great views and a balcony and the pool area was beautiful, staff were all very helpful, friendly and polite, we were able to get picked up and dropped of at the airport thanks to Mr Mohammed who took care of us very well :) thank you

24 hour security

It was a new build flat but it was not maintained at all they have a keeper called Mohammed that hardly speaks any form of English the language barrier is poor twice the electricity went and at first we had no gas for the cooker there are no instructions in any language to tell us how to do things considering it’s a new build apartment there’s cobwebs and the bed covers smell like they ain’t been washed from the previous occupants and the towels smell too when your trying to call the owners and the caretaker there is no response we had to get the security guard to call the caretaker as getting in touch with him was a myth he turned up on the day of our departure and walked around like nothing was wrong he’s attitude towards us was poor it felt like all he wanted was our money Agadir is a very dusty country and it looks like the dust has entered the house too but it looks pretty with all The fancy furniture maybe from ikea but it also looks like the house ain’t been finished either they have a locked room with no access to customers I noticed the caretaker pragmatically taking out toilet roll as if he didn’t not want to give it to us the only way I could get through to the property owners was through booking.com message as they put a contact number there but no reply the boiler room overheats and feels like a sauna there is a shared pool and looks lovely but they don’t give enough towels to cater for this this property is a health hazard with creepy noises coming from the boiler and the air con no tv remotes in the bedrooms although I would of rather slept in the balcony as the hideous smell from the bed was shocking the master bedroom bed was broken and all the fire doors creek some don’t fully close the toilets often don’t flush and it’s a roulette if your going to get hot water to shower with 👍🏽
