Pretty home with clean facilities. Conveniently located with free safe parking and nice restaurant downstairs.

Host forgot to put aircon remote in our room so we had to leave the windows open for our 1st night to keep the room cool. Unfortunately, there was a family fight nearby with serious shouting, furniture throwing, glass breaking and it went on for a long time until Past midnight. The next day we made our coffee in the common area where u can get self serve coffee for €1. We pulled open a drawer of the coffee table and saw the aircon remote. So we advised host that there was no need for them to come over to give the remote cuz we found it. To our surprise, host got mad and said we should not have opened the drawer bcuz it was private and we did not need to turn on the aircon bcuz it was a cold night and aircon was Not necessary! Anyways,we told them about the incident and that we booked the unit bcuz of the aircon. We were just surprised how the host reacted about the drawer and the comment about no need to use aircon! Suddenly we felt and suspected that maybe, it was intended to not leave the aircon remote in the room after all.

Идеально для тех, кто ищет недорогое жилье на ночь или две. Близко к Венеции. Удобно на своей машине. Есть много парковочных мест. Спалось тихо и спокойно. Есть все необходимое.

В комнатах совсем нет интернета и мобильный в этой местности работает плохо. Ловит только в ресторане.
