We have had the chance to book this place on the same day and to check out late thanks to the owner

We arrived and found the place dirty, basically. We talked to the owner and understand that since it was COVID and the place hadn’t been used for months, and yet, when you want to put yourself into hospitality, you need to make the effort to welcome your guests properly. Dishes were there, uncleaned, toilets weren’t flushed properly, and sinks were not taken care of. Being hosts ourselves, we have expectations regarding the experience.

1. Location - for skiing the location is perfect, it is right near first slop, but from the shop it is about 15-20 minutes walk. 2. There is restaurant in the building (but it is not cheap). 3. Free parking 4. Ski Renting in the building

1. You can hear the music of restaurant (not very loud) in the room till the night 1-2 AM. 2. There is some bad smelling in the bathroom.
