We received a detailed message with the instructions for the key, WiFi information, check in hours, etc, prior to the check in date, making the process super easy. We were also accommodated when we requested an earlier check in

Great ocean view. Close to bus stops. Can walk to restaurants and beaches. Grocery right next to hotel.
Have to ask for towel exchange.

I liked the view, the bed was comfortable, sheets were soft, location was convenient
The bathroom was dirty, there was no air conditioning and was very hot, there is no kitchen as stated, it’s a mini fridge and microwave.
The cleaning lady yelled at me for not giving her the key as I was checking out (the instructions stated to return it to the mailbox).
There’s no access to the beach, you can see it from the road or the window, but you cannot actually access it. I felt that there was a lot of misinformation in the description.
