Perfect as always for our annual long weekend get together!

We had a fantastic time over the long 4th of July weekend. Very private and secluded setting, we felt like we were on our own private island! Had everything we could have wanted and more. Rustic look but every amenity was there. My 17 y.o. is now demanding a hammock for home! Peter the owner was very responsive to questions and made us feel welcome. The view is absolutely amazing! Plenty of outdoor space to enjoy.

We had a phenomenal weekend at this property. Photos do not do this place justice, you have to see it to believe it. The best way to describe it is a compound. very secluded and serene, the only downside is they lack AC, but we had great weather and were rarely inside. Would love to visit again!

While the cabin is a little dated it served our needs. The property itself is absolutely amazing and beautiful, very isolated with water all around. We'll be back!

The setting is beautiful and the area charming. The only drawback is the home has only one bathroom, but otherwise we would definitely stay at this here again!

This property was stunning! So much privacy and very well cared for. Peter was very responsive as well! The only thing to note, if you are planning to bring a boat, the docks are pretty rough and our boat got pretty banged up- so be prepared. Outside of this though, everything was perfect and we would highly recommend!

Cabin surrounded on 3 sides by beautiful Lake Wisconsin. Secluded cabin get away. Property was exactly as listed. Clean and cozy. Many things to do indoors, but we spent our time outdoor enjoying the lake.

Our stay was most enjoyable! We had 4 adults and 4 children (3yrs & 7yrs) in our group. The kids loved playing on the play set, in the large sand pile, jumping off the dock and hanging out in the bunk beds. The pointe is where the fire pit is and it’s absolutely breathtaking. There was plenty of firewood and 4 Annarondec chairs. Even with small kids there were many moments of peace sitting at the pointe listening to the waves and swinging in the hammock. You’re on a pointe so it was windy some of the time. We ventured out one day to Devils Lake for swimming. We had ice cream while waiting for the ferry to take us across the water. The swimming at Devils Lake was an amazing experience. It didn’t feel like we were in WI at all. We encountered a pretty large water snake that slithered across our path from the waters edge to the wood pile and there were many spiders/webs. Just like the description says, it’s a cabin so the ceilings are all open air so if you’re staying with any early risers - be prepared to get up early or bring ear plugs! We also liked that is was a very private rental which felt like we were on an island by ourselves. It’s hard to find that privacy on a lake. There was also a gate on the driveway that you could shut at night for more security/privacy. If I had to pick one thing that would have added to our stay - it would be to have more of a beach area for swimming (zero entry) The dock was a bit sketchy and the only way in the water was off the dock. Such a great, private property - you feel like you are on an island! The lake is clean and the bottom is sandy - great for paddleboarding and swimming. The main cabin area is open to the large kitchen and there is a great three season porch overlooking the lake. Only wish we could have stayed longer!

The rental experience was easy and friendly. Host was responsive to questions.

We just concluded a 7 night stay at Point cabin. The rustic cabin was well appointed and met our needs just fine. We were a group of 5 adults and 3 children under the age of 8. Between the swimming, the massive sand box and the play structure there was plenty for the kids to do. The owners left a handy binder with all kinds of information on restaurants and things to do. The location is the highlight, we had daily fires at the tip. God willing we hope to be back next year.

It was a cool, rainy weekend end but despite the weather we enjoyed a pleasant, relaxing weekend. The gentle lapping of the water on three sides of the cottage added to the ambience. There were some improvements to the outdoor furnishings. Next year they might want to review the state of the bedding.

Amazing summer getaway. Unique location with a cottage vibe. Great space inside for two families; only limited by one small bathroom. Outside space is beyond amazing. Would definitely return.

The kids loved all of the games, toys, and kid-friendly gear at the cottage. We all loved being able to swim and use our stand-up paddle board right off the dock. The porch, hammock, and expansive windows gave us many options for watching beautiful sunsets. Thanks for a memorable time!

Very beautiful location, home clean and true to description and pictures

The “Point” provided the family a great get away - with water on three sides. The sand pile and sandy beach and play set were highlights with the kids age 4 and 2. And the adults enjoyed swimming and relaxing sat the fire pit. A great time enjoyed by all.
