Amazing location in a very quiet part of the peninsula. The hotel felt very boutique indeed, but was not full when we were there so this might change in high season. Staff is amazing, it is clear that most have been working together for a long time, as the place has a family feel, and the staff is efficient, attentive, friendly and super well organised. All room types have something special to them, ours was Zencefil which had a great view with a private terrace (accessible just outside our room), and a front facing balcony. This hotel is right at the tip of the peninsula and has the prime location for watching the sunset (with some drinks that can be served to your room if you like). We ate in for lunches and also had dinner and the food was really tasty. Their breakfast has the best of Turkish breakfast and has lots of local produce from the area, yummy! Make sure you ask for the menemen, it was delicious. We did not have a room with the private pool instead of ours but ended up really enjoying our time on the seaside, right over the cliffs, and an afternoon dip in the communal pool, The rooms have been designed with such great taste, I was a particular fan of the bathroom/shower area! We loved our time at Mandalina, felt so relaxed and can't wait to go back, Thanks to Muhrarrem Bey, Ferzullah Bey, Yuksel Bey, Bayram Bey, Ozcan Bey and all the rest of the staff! Note that the location is a short (7-8 min) taxi ride from the centre and you probably can't walk unless you're keen to do 1+hr each way, The hotel has info of a taxi company in the booklet, that sent a car to us in less than 10 mins after our call so it was very convenient to go to the town - although we mostly just stayed in the hotel or in that area (which is a lot quieter than Kas centre). We loved the quietness.

Nothing really, we had a fab time, We struggled understanding how close to the restaurant area the room was (we wanted to be further up) from the listings but managed to make a good choice after some digging on the hotel's Instagram :)

It was my second time at Mandalina Suites. This time, we choosed Papatya room with access to jacuzzi. Room is big with an amazing view. Staff is very friendly and kind.

The room should be refreshed. I asked for hot water before I made reservation. It was very important information for me because I saw negative comment about it. They said it was a problem with the hot water but they already fixed. Unfortunately, they didn’t. We paid extra money for a room with a jacuzzi but we couldn't use it because there was not enough hot water to fill the tub in the room or to fill the jacuzzi outside. Hot water was enough just to take a shower (very fast). This kind of things shouldn't happen. The hotel is not cheap so hotelier should pay more attention for quality of the services provided. In my opinion, breakfast should be served (as serpme) to the table as well. It was was much more better before.

We spent only one night in this amazing hotel. It was part of our honeymoon and a hotel surprised us with a room update (external jacuzzi). Our room had a lovely design, it was spacious and had an amazing view. The personnel was super friendly and the dinner was also delicious. We would definitely come back for a longer stay :)

Great location and view ,a heaven for reading and resting and for a romantic holiday. Great staff , excellent Aegean Mediterranean breakfast service.

Stairs a bit challenging especially while climbing. Knowing that it is part of the nature indeed which makes the view and location poetic, it is worth to put that effort anyway.

Unique experience with a fantastic sunset view. The staff is excellent and accommodating. They welcome you with a cocktail and fruits. We ate both lunch and dinner at the hotel, they were both good. Although the hotel prices are high, the prices of food and drinks are relatively lower. The rooms are quite big and well designed. Our room has a jacuzzi outside so that you can enjoy the sunset view when you are in it. There is even a small Turkish Hamam in the room. There are even yoga mats and blocks for yoginis. If you are lucky, you can enjoy the two sunbeds directly in the swimming pool with an amazing view. There is no music at the bar area so it is an absolute enjoyment of nature sounds & quietness.

It would be best if you accepted the fact that the location is far from the centre. You need a taxi or car if you want to go to any restaurant or bar in the centre because there is none around the area. There is no significant beach facility; there are only 3 sunbeds on the stone and you can directly access the sea, but it is not the greatest. So this is a hotel where you enjoy the facilities of your room (jacuzzi, private pool, Turkish Hamam etc,) and hang out at the swimming pool & bar area mostly and you don't go outside often.

The property was very clean and beautiful as per advertised. We had originally booked a queen suite but due to personal reasons we had to change the dates which resulted in us being allocated another room ( deluxe room).

The food was not that great. We had lunch and dinner which we did not think it was worth the price.
