Great location. Condo is a bit dated but very comfortable. Communication with the host was very easy.

Everything was great! Perfect location and we will be back!

The location of the unit and view from the unit was excellent. The host initiated and encouraged communication as needed throughout our stay.

We had a wonderful time at the property! There were several issues that need to be address as far as maintenance on the property. The doors going out onto the balcony have no way of locking them because the handle is broken on one side. I purchased bungee cords to try to at least detour entry from outside.Owner acknowledged that the abiblity to lock the doors and secure the property was an ongoing problem, which I found strange that if he knew about it, I feel like it should have been corrected/repaired. The furniture and carpeting is quite stained and nasty, but we covered with towels to sit on. The closet door to access the beach items and beach towels is broken or off track and will not open or close properly. The master suite bed had a mattress cover that had a huge urine stain that was rather disgusting upon discovering when I removed the sheets to wash. The comforters in the downstairs bedroom & x-tra blankets needed washed. There are no usable electrical outlets in either bathroom downstairs and limited outlets elsewhere. ThereThere is broken tile at the deck door, there is broken glass on the closet door upstairs and a bottom piece of the upstairs tub is broken. The location is wonderful, the view from the unit is amazing, the beach area is wonderful and easy access to all surrounding areas! Again, we had a wonderful time. But, if you are looking for a clean, secure property with no issues I suggest you continue your search until these issues have been addressed.
