Overall it was an old place well maintained. It was location as per my requirements. There were stores and places to eat nearby. Along with a bus stop.
It was peaceful and calm.
I had exams, so i was able to focus on studies.
Washroom was very awarkward. I think the exposed drainage pipeS would have been better covered.

1. Enough rooms and beds for all.
2. There are 3 ACs and functioning well.
3. Speedy WiFi
4. There are nearby restaurants, supermarket and seven E. Plus other small shops, some are opened and some are abandoned.
1. I must say the unit's owner is a bit arrogant.
2. There are stenches on the sofas. Looks like an old stench, it should be deeply cleaned.
3. The water heater isn't working.
4. There is a faulty smell in the shower, and the floor should be thoroughly cleaned too.
5. One of the rooms doorknob is broken.
6. The advertised price isn't included with the tax.
206myr is still a sum of money, services and facilities should correspond to its worth. Economy stay or not, please always give the best out of it.
