The facility is located on a hill. Driving distance from Patong beach and all tourist areas. Very comfortable and homey apartment.

Little difficult for drivers to find.

Location was a fair walk from the main road. The shuttle bus they had their , and advertised guests could use, we never saw leave the property.

Being asked to pay 600 baht , just for a change of towels and linen during our fortnight stay! It will cost 1200 baht , if you required a clean of the room in that 2 week period....Air conditioners old, and very noisy. As a couple with a daughter , had to ask for a 2nd key.

great size studio apartment, everything was close, location was up in the mountains so away from hustle and bustle. would stay here again, our host Nell was brilliant and even arrange for us onward travel to ko samui

unfortunately we had a fly situation in our room every few days there would just be loads of flys turn up, so we assume there is a nest in the room somewhere

The location was on the perimeter of patong a rental bike was all you need and they have a free shuttle 3 times a day . The swimming pool looks like the pictures and the same with the room. Staff supper friendly all in all excellent in my opinion.

Nothing to be perfectly honest.

The room was like in the photos, the pool is amazing. we really appreciate the staff who was non stop there for you and everything u need they give u and if they dont have at the hotel they go to shopping for you and thats so nice . we had a guy named Nell who helped us everytime wee need something. best review for Nell. 🙏🏼🙏🏼

Pool and gym

Smell in the bedrooms , location , hard to contact the person in charge , fees and taxes that you are not able to see when booking (15% for service fee but there was not service at all)

The view was amazing. The apartment was as beautiful as you see it in the pictures.

We had to wait so long after arriving from the airport to be checked in. Also, the toilet tap burst which was a lot of inconvenience. But they came to fix it after an hour and half.
