Liebevoller Umgang mit der historischen Bausubstanz. Viele Informationen zu Aktivitäten in und um Fes herum. Außergewöhnliche Gastfreundschaft. Sehr kommunikative Gastgeber. Sehr leckeres Essen.

Nichts zu beanstanden.

Breakfast was delicious and filling. Room was spacious. Excellent communication before the stay and during. Staff assisted with booking airport transfer and helping us find the Riad.

Bathroom shower could have been cleaned more. Remainder of the room was clean.

Location, host, service, old world charm, everything was perfect. The host Violetta is amazing, she made out stay in fes beautiful with all her recommendation of tour guide, hamam, dinners and walk. We loved our stay and experiences with her

The stay and her recos are Slightly on expensive side but the quality is impeccable so no complaints

Great communication on WhatsApp and even arranged an airport transfer for us. The price per night was inexpensive, the breakfast included was lovely and the hospitality of the two Moroccan ladies was very friendly.

Arrived at airport and no one was waiting for us as had been agreed. Waited for 25 minutes until someone arrived At the hotel we were taken to a different room to what we had booked as they had given our room to other guests. The owner tried to help but could only speak via the phone as she was in Spain. The room we were given was on the ground floor and we quickly realised it wasn’t good. The kitchen isn’t really a kitchen as it has no utensils, no cutlery, no tableware, no kettle, no microwave, no toaster, no oven, no fridge, no dishwasher, just a sink. The shower head is only for display so the only way to use the shower is to hold it yourself, this makes showering a lot more difficult and a lot less relaxing. The shower does not drain properly so turns into a small paddling pool and as there are no windows the room smelt very damp. Once we tried to sleep, we realised the website had lied about the soundproofing as we could hear every sound outside as if it was in the same room.
