I booked 2 rooms for me and my friends which are a couple from Netherland. The front desk gave my friend ,Dutch a much bigger room while my room was tiny I even couldn't open my luggage. Let me mention again, these 2 rooms are same level, same price and booked by me. I complained to front desk but the lady insisted there was no other room available. I asked her try again because I was from Asia with my husand and we had 2 big luggages. Finally she gave me another room reluctantly. the new room is exactly the size I ordered. this is 2nd time I stayed in this hotel. the first time was perfect so I came back again. I have to say the 2nd time was terrible experience.

Rooms were clean, location quiet and breakfast was great - a terrific value

At about a mile from the rail station, it’s a bit far to walk unless you have the time. Late night cab was easy but we got “stood up” the following morning (cabbie said he’d be there at 07:00 and didn’t show - no cars available through Uber).

The room was spacious and spotless, bed very comfortable, location perfect.

Noisy as along the main street with a lot of traffic - not possible to sleep with open windows.

We stayed there on a Sunday when the restaurant was closed, so felt a bit quiet

Very nice hotel in the Zentrum of Stendal. Very helpful staff as we arrived a little early for check-in. Spent the afternoon and early evening walking about the city - lovely German town on a very quiet Sunday.

Located in a quiet street right in the old centre of Stendal. Friendly and helpful personnel, good breakfast. Room was a bit dark, but otherwise comfortable and very clean. Very good on-site restaurant.
