The apartment is well equipped and very clean. Very well located, in the heart of Flensburg.

The parking garage is in a separate building, around 2 blocks away from the apartment. It made specially harder to bring heavy things from the car or luggage on the arrival.

Location was excellent, and in general the apartment was very comfortable and had everything needed :)

The shower doors don't really close properly so the whole bathroom floor gets wet every time. Other than that, all good!

a lot of space for family with small kids

We were not given information such as where to collect the key, where to park the car before we arrival, we had to ask a lady from the hair salon for information, and she only spoke German, and it took us 15 minutes to find out, so it was not very convenient. The stuff could have been better of sending guest such practical information before arrival. And I asked the host if they have baby cot, they said they don’t so we packed our own, but when we arrived at the apartment, they managed to offer a baby cot anywhere, it was nice of them. But again, they could have told us they will offer the baby cot, instead of us take our own, the stuff should really be better at communicating with guests.

It smelled like smoke and the decor was cheap and tired.

Church bell - approach. Fourth floor without elevator. Room not cleaned before we arrived.

location of parking garage is flawed in google maps. Therefor we were at the wrong location. Better instructions for parking garage could help. Also some tissues in bathroom could be helpfull. Beds are a bit hard. Besides this apartment is great!
