レトロな建物をとても良い感じにリノベーションしたお部屋でした。清潔で設備も十分。快適です。
ロケーションは最高ですが駐車場が無いのが残念です。

Amazing area, comfy beds, good room temperature, clean facilities. Off season so everyone had a bottom bunk while I was there. Amazing for the price!

The staff here are vey helpful and polite. Location of the hotel is within walking distance to most of the attractions especially the Mt Hakodate Ropeway.
There is no lift at the bank section of the hotel. I have 3 luggage and we have to carry the luggage up to the 2nd storey followed by a few steps down to our room.

good location. near the pier and the slope with the pretty view. bus stops and tram stops nearby too. very big bath and shower room. room is quite spacious. love the smell of the hand wash/body soap/shampoo and also the fragrant spray provided. thank you for having us
for ourselves, we have nothing to complain, just note that i think it is not disability friendly ( mayb we just didnt see or notice the ramps or elevators? ), we stayed on the first floor so we just needed to lug our suitcases up and down a bit of stairs. not sure if there are elevators going up the upper floors.

到着がすごく遅くなってしまい宿泊をあきらめかけたのですが、いろいろ融通を効かせてもらッタ上気持ちよく対応していただきました。
部屋は清潔でオシャレ！目の前に函館山、レンガ倉庫というロケーションで最高でした。
時間があればホテル内ももう少しゆっくり楽しみたかったです。
そして大人3人素泊りで一万円という破格の値段…

historic building with modren facility. My one and only hotel in Hakodate. Great location and kind managers.

The place was by the port and you can see the port from the terrace. I walked from Hakodate station for about 15 minutes. I did not have any heavy lagguage which was fine but if I had lagguage it would have been difficult to get there by walking from the station.
After 10 o'clock the nearest convenient store is 10 minutes on foot.

Great location, quiet, good room size, nice rooftop terrace. Nice, english-speaking staff.
Our room was the very first on the „bank“ side, ground floor, with a window to a light shaft: A bit dark and worn-down. Could use a renovation, but still ok.

The location is so amazing, right in the middle of Motomachi where all of the historical stuff is.
The beds are comfortable and spacious, and the hotel itself is very clean, including the showers.

The location is great! It’s near to lots of main tourism spot and the ropeway. But be careful that almost all restaurants are closed before 8pm near the hotel.

We loved the mix between hotel and hostel. It is very comfortable but you the freedom of using a beautiful kitchen with roof top.

Easy to access, located next to Zeka slope and Red brick building with Tram and bus station. Nice vibe & view. Staffs are helpful, nice and cute.

in the middle of two tourist spots, brick house and hachimanzaka (八幡坂）in walking distance. and the room is clean and spacious

Overall very comfortable stay. Well priced and in good location.
Heating was on too high and I was unable to adjust in my room. In the end just had to turn it off. Would be good to have private room option for a single traveller.
