Facilities in the room were first class, the staff were friendly and helpful and the whole hotel is very impressive
The third party provider used for breakfast is not up to the high hotel standards.

We love the room facilities, big bed and soft linens. It provides the needs of the guest such as slippers, bath robe, ironing board and electric iron, coffee maker and other supplies. The hotel is walking distance to Liverpool st. train station.
The reception staffs are helpful and have guided us how to reach Heathrow airport.
The hotel location is far from the tourist attractions like Buckingham palace and the Big Ben.

Location and facilities especially the pool. The beds were super comfy. Staff sent up an ice bucket for us and were really friendly. We also had a lovely complimentary slice of cake for my friends birthday. We had a granola bowl for breakfast which was yummy.
Pool needed some tlc, tiles missing and needed a clean, a lift was out of order, one member of staff in the cocktail bar was incredibly rude.

Good location, clean, great staff, comfortable bed.
Rooftop was closed for private event but I was not told in advance. Accessible room shower did not seem set up to manage spread of water and not enough towels to cope it meaning room outside bathroom was slippery and dangerous.

"Das Zimmer war perfekt - bezogen auf den Style, als auch den Komfort. Tolle Größe von Zimmer und Badezimmer. Das Bett war ebenfalls riesig und unglaublich bequem, die Klimaanlage sehr angenehm. Frühst..."
