Superb
Great location, right by the seafront. Supermarket right across the street and restaurants, shops and beach at 2 minutes. Natascha was very helpful and gave us a lot of tips. Nice touch with the welcome basket and very responsive!

Good value but ask about ongoing construction
The condominium complex is in a good location with ample garage parking. Four bedroom, 2-1/2 baths. Small kitchen with clothes washer but no dryer. Overall, good communication with owners who left us a note, a bottle of champagne and goodies. A good house manual. Systems in good order. Cable TV. Kitchen is equipped with spices and some coffee. A liquor cabinet with leftovers from past visitors. Good collection of books in Spanish, English, and German. 2-3 blocks from boardwalk.
We should have been offered a discount because the unit next door was being remodeled at 7am in the morning and 7pm at night with noise from drills, saws, and hammers. The unit is 3 stories so be prepared to carry your heavy bags up to 3rd floor. The 3rd story shower is very tight to get into and better for children. The floors/ stairs are white marble and slippery at spots (3 of 5 of us fell) so make sure to have lights on when using stairs. We had some trouble getting in and out of garage and had to fetch guard to open garage. When entering or leaving garage one must use FOB entering or leaving even if garage door is open. The beach at this location is not very nice sand and shore is very rocky so not very hospitable for swimming.

Dream stay away...will 100% be returning
The host was on hand through WhatsApp the whole time and in the run up...it just got rid of any stress and helped so much. The place itself was amazing and comfortable and so many small touches from beach toys for the kids to a drinks cupboard. We knew it would be good but this was just far far beyond what we thought. The supermarket was out the back door and the beach on the doorstep too. amazing

Location. very close to beach (2-3m walk) and to all the resturants (few min walk)
parking space for 2 cars. do not take big cars and the parking for 2 cars are too tight and let the owners know in advance if you are going t=in a car and type of car. Somehow we managed

Great location with a nice walk along the seafront in to the Old Town. Host really responsive.
Check-in was very easy. The location of the apartment is perfect - right on the boardwalk in to the Old Town. Good apartment with plenty of space for us, our parents and our son.
