Carpark can be a big tight if you have a large vehicle

Central Location and easy to catch a ride. Lots of restaurants around. The room was thoroughly clean daily. View of the airport. Close to Tours pick up points: Lotte & Shilla Duty Free.

The bathroom is quite outdated, and the shower design is poor. There’s a gap in the glass shower door, therefore no privacy. Water easily spills onto the bathroom floor every time you shower. Thankfully, the housekeeping staff cleaned and dried it every day, which was much appreciated. We arrived at 1:30 pm, while the official check-in time was 3:00 pm. The receptionist spoke very little English but told us that our room was already ready and asked us to come back at 3:00 pm. However, she also said we could check in immediately if we paid an extra 10,000 KRW in cash. This didn’t make much sense. If the room was already ready, I don’t understand why we had to pay for an early check-in. We had a long day planned and didn’t really have a choice, so we paid the fee. It felt like an unnecessary charge for a room that was already available.

Location was near many popular shops and eateries.

Car park was very hard to get in and out of.

The room was spacious and clean. The lovely female reception who checked us out and called a taxi for us was a delight.

The beds were not comfortable, they were hard and had springs poke into me. The air conditioner was locked and unable to be turned on even to fan, so the room was hot and stuffy. The window was able to be opened however the constant loud street noise prevented us from leaving it open at night. The curtains were not block out, so bring an eye mask if you find it difficult to sleep with city light and early sun rises. we found the man on reception to be quite unfriendly and rude on the two occasions we encountered him - not the way to be in a customer service role. The breakfast was average - not a lot of flavours and a lot of it was cold despite being under heat lamps. Will stay elsewhere next time I come to Jeju.
