The family and friends of the owner were so very kind, and helped me with people to rent a kayak from, get a boat ride, get a shuttle ride to and from the airport, etc. Super accomodating owner. And the housekeeper was so nice and kind as well!
Even though their site listed the property as "non-smoking", and I specifically booked because of that, but every person who rented the room next to mine smoked, and smoked on our adjoining balcony. I had to go inside each time they were home. Also, the dogs and the roosters were so loud, it kept me awake all night. Again, none of these things the owner could have done anything about, so I do not blame them at all.

The view was fantastic and the visits from the birds as well was so good. The hosts were very attentive at all times for anything at all which was really good 👍
On the negative side the furniture in the sitting room wasnt comfortable and when there were neighbours downstairs just talking it felt like they were in our room as we could hear everything.

The scenery from the Balcony looking over the Castara beach was amazing. The hosts were very professional and provided solutions quickly when we had issues.
The walking from the persons in the upper flat made our nights very uncomfortable since it was right above the bedroom. They were walking late at nights and early in the mornings. Additionally, we were not notified when persons were entering our flat while we were not there. On one occasion when the ac had to be fixed and the other when the person came to clean. I think that courtesy should’ve been extended.
