The landscape is the best!

We could have sheets and towels set included in the prize.

The villa has a big terrace and garden with beautiful views of Rapallo. Two of the rooms have a private balcony, so worth it for the views. The house is up in the hills, so you can expect an energy-demanding walk with plenty of stairs to get there without a car.

Mattresses are very old and uncomfortable, they for sure need a change, along with other furniture within the house (sofas for example). The house is very big, and while a considerable amount of the areas are clean, there are others that weren't clean at all (for example, you can tell that dining room, bbq area, and terrace furniture weren't cleaned for a long time)

The property itself was retro chic, incredibly spacious and has the most incredible views. The service was friendly and welcoming. There wasn't any linen on our arrival but it was easy to make contact with the host and the problem was rectified immediately. Excellent service.

It would have been nice not to have to make up our own beds on arrival.

Great stunning views. Spacious three story house with garden and grill, three bathrooms, laundry, kitchen, dinet. A/C in a bedrooms. Comfortable and secure parking.
