Amazing views and great location spacious villa

The neighbour who complained daily about the noise and laughter Who played silly laughing recordings at 7am just to disturb us didn’t happen we were already up and about

Accommodation catered well for age range of family group (18 month to 70 and everything in between). It was hot! Pool area was well used by all the family with both sun and shade areas! (and cleaned regularly). The play area and toys kept the little one amused and again often gave necessary shade. Good location for accessing wide range of bars and restaurants. Nearby Phillipos supermarket ideal for food shopping for own breakfast and meal/barbeque preparation. Reasonable walks to both Coral Bay and the preferred Corallia Bay with a local bus option when too hot and we didn't have access to hire car.

Only slight disappointment was lack off access to nearest beach/ promenade at the bottom of the road due to the extensive improvement works ongoing which will hopefully have been completed before a likely return.

Close to the Coral bay avenue entertainment, shops and restaurants. Great view. Excellent pool which was cleaned regularly. Air conditioning in most rooms was good. 15min walk to nice Sandy beach.

Just needs a little bit of TLC. Air con in second double bedroom doesn’t get cold. Hotel right next door has balconies over looking villa, you can literally hear their conversations. And unfortunately the resident of the neighbouring villa doesn’t like this property being used for short term rentals so took photos of us coming and going which was a little unsettling.

amazing views from terrace and balcony. communication with staff was very helpful. manager of the villa even bought us groceries for breakfast as we arrived late night.

be aware that in December there is quite cold in the evenings and warmth end around 4-5p.m. also there was quite lot of mosquitos and kids were bait lot of.

no internet downstairs .tv kept sticking my 75 year old farther in law likes to watch the news every morning .There was a noise coming from upstairs that woke us every morning . couldn’t find out where it was coming from . Also could of done with more kitchen equipment. we also feel for what we paid for the property for 2 weeks should of come with a mid week free clean .

this villa was great just off the strip and only a short drive in to Paphos we really enjoyed the stay

This place was perfect! I honestly couldn’t fault it, it was the perfect size, clean, in a great location and decorated beautifully, the garden and the pool were amazing and you got great views of the sunset off of the balcony!! The staff have been incredible, the trip was supposed to have gone ahead in 2020 but changed due to covid, we were originally booked in to a different villa but more people joined on to the trip so they helped with moving us to this villa and every single question I asked (which was a lot) I dealt with Nada on the lead up to the trip and Michelle when we were there and both of them are incredible and go above and beyond, Michelle organised a boat trip for us which I highly recommend, it was the best day! The whole experience has been lovely and we had amazing holiday! I can’t wait to go back!!
