Excellent location

Very clean, comfortable and spacious.

Host - The most important thing which I liked about this property is the accessibility of the host himself.He was constantly in touch with me guiding me to the steps, responding to my queries, worries. Few items were not available and we wanted,our host arranged it within hours. Facilities - Everything was spot on for a comfortable holiday for a family with two kids. I got exactly the same apartment what was advertised. Location - Perfect , walkable from Arc De Triomphe, Metro, Bus stops, Carrefour. We loved every minute of our stay in this apartment.

Check in is fast. Very spacious and clean apartment, strategic location near many tourist attraction and metro station. We will stay at this apartment if we travel to Paris again.

The key pick up was not easy, as I only had the booking number, and the reception person couldn't to help me, and I didn't have the name of the owner/renter or the apartment number. Lucky, I had a phone number which the receptionist recognised. There had been water damage in the lobby, so the interior was being repaired and was not very pretty. No mention of this in the booking. The cleaner didn't do a good job as all the towels and bedcovers from the previous tenants were being washed in the apartment's washing/dryer in the bathroom upon arrival. The cleaner had overloaded the machine (Obviously in a hurry) so all the items were wet after 4 hours of constant turning and the machine was overheated. We had to take them out and hang them to dry inside the apartment. Kitchen was small - oven could have been better cleaned. Kitchen items such as cups/glasses also have been better stored.

Huge rooms and lots of storage room - well furnished, nice couch and dining table - quiet area and comfortable bed - location was good, close to Arc de Triumph and supermarket (about 800m walk to train stations and nice cafes) - concierge was kind and helpful - although obscured by a tree you can see the Eiffel Tower from the living room

Room making before arriving. Bath towels, bed sheets, etc. were left in the washing machine with wet. We used spare bath towels, but there weren't enough for the number of people. Parking. There is no private parking lot as mentioned in the description, so we need to use a nearby public parking lot. (about45€/day)

The location was excellent for what we wanted to do this trip- a short walk to the Arc de Triomphe & a pleasant walk to the Eiffel Tower and convenient to groceries. The flat was quite spacious, and there are laundry facilities in the flat, as well as a bathroom with amenities included, which was a plus. There was one bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room, and nice dining area. More than enough space for a family of 4.

The washer/dryer was on when we arrived so there was a slight damp smell in the air, and we thought that we'd better remove the towels that were inside when the cycle was over, but thought that someone should come to do that or that instructions should be left. Felt like a Airbnb and it was the first time we've booked somewhere that wasn't a hotel/inn. The whole building was also under renovation and quite empty, so it felt a bit eerie. We couldn't enjoy the lovely verandah since there was mostly scaffolding to look at on all the other verandahs, which also meant we didn't want to leave the doors open at night for safety reasons. When finished, this building should look beautiful along this green street lined with similar big buildings. The door to the flat was difficult to open but I remembered to let the owner know, so hopefully that will be fixed soon.

Very spacious apartment. Close to metro and within walking distance from arc du triomphe.

Location and comfort. This apartment is well situated close to.Arc du Triomphe, it is comfortable and the check in / out is very easy.

The kitchen is very small, but at the same time it has everything you need.

Situation geographique ideal. Host responded very quickly and very accommodating. Very spacious appartement.

Some renovation of the building where being done and it was very noisy the price should have reflect that inconvenience.

I love the location! Really easy to get the Arc and Eiffel. The restaurants around are really good and there's a grocery shop 2-3 min from the apartment with everything necessary if you want to cook your own meal.

Nothing. Everything was really good! The communication with the host was just a little bit complicated but it was fine though.

A fine apartment located in the very heart of Paris! The paid parking is just a five minute walk away, and is convenient. The bus stop is equally close. The hosts were quick to respond to our queries.

Location. Appartement was clean and comfortable.

A bit more utensils in the kitchen would have been good.

The apartment is spacious and quiet and in a wonderful neighborhood. The furnishings were tasteful and the appliances of good quality. Also it was easy to get the key.

The first impression was very bad. The apartment was dirty and smelled bad when we arrived and itcseemed to take some negotiation to get things in order. Also, the cooking tools were extremely limited. Finally, there toilet was working poorly and there was not even a plunger or a place to hang a roll of toilet paper

In site listing it says apartment has air conditioning, however the apartment has NO air conditioning at all, there is one small desk fan, normally his would not have been an issue, however we stayed 4 nights and it was over 33c each day every day and was still around 28c at 11pm at night in the apartment which made for restless nights. Did mention this to owner late on the day of arrival and he was going to arrange for an additional fan to be delivered the next day, however this did not happen due to an issue with shop. We did follow up on the 2nd day as we were hoping he would deliver a fan the next day but nothing was ever provided, so we spent 4 nights in a hot box. If it was not for this issue I would have rated the property very highly as it is very large and facilities were good, building was very secure and in a great location, just a shame about the heat which is not owners fault but if we had known there was no air conditioning we could have bought a fan prior to arrival as the heat wave was predicted but we thought the apartment had air conditioning. I am also disappointed that we did advise the owner of the incorrect listing saying it was air conditioned, which he said apologized for, but now it's a week after our stay and the listing is still showing incorrect information and still says it's air conditioned. Would stay again but only in the cooler months, would not risk it in summer again.
