Room Verona Ai Duchi

Location is perfect.

Getting into it, once you have done the online stuff is fine, but sorting the online stuff is not straight forward. The host was rude at times.

Amazing location next to the Arena and the Bra, Restaurants. Nice big shower and toilet

There are no Staff so canniot give score. Whole check in process is by internet. You cannot enter building wothout internet, Get a video to follow for room instructions but not easy to follow if not tech savvy... and very poor lighting on stairs and hallway. Fell off step as did not see it. Room is too hot, hard to sleep.

The room is in an amazing location right by the area. Lots to do and makes it a good base for walking around. The bed is very comfortable

There was no cutlery or plates in the kitchen area which was a bit strange. The air conditioning was locked so we could not use it when we got hot at night. The wifi also didn’t work.

The location was very central and proximate to all attractions and the room itself had been clean and comfortable.

The offer is for a double room in a shared apartment with a private toilet that is accessible via a shared kitchen space. Instructions for gaining access to the building using a web based application called Vikey had not been straight forward and this had necessitated a call to the host using WhatsApp. When contacted for information, the remote based host had been helpful, though a little abrupt in ending our Whatsapp call. There was a build up of mould in the bathroom, particularly on the doorframe behind the toilet seat and along the edge of the shower tray near the door closure and the wall mounted extraction fan had not been operational at the time of our visit - mould had been established and does not appear overnight. The option of a light blanket would have been nice.
