The apartment was spacious, with a huge wardrobe and a big fridge; also the balcony was nice. Bed was very comfortable - not too soft and with a set of good, normal cotton linen. Many towels in the bathroom to choose preferred size and texture from. Good location - not in the busiest tourist area but still close to main city attractions and nice shops and restaurants. Great communication with host. Comfortable and troublefree check-in and check-out. Kitchen had a basic but sufficient set of dishes. If you cook more, the presence of a dishwasher and an oven will be a nice surprise :)

Lack of an active ventilation in the bathroom - everything was covered in steam after the shower and it was a bit too cold outside to keep the window open while taking shower. The apartment needs a better cleaning (especially in the shower area, toilet cleaning brush and in the kitchen e.g. around the sink). There was no tea and the coffee wasn't fresh - just some leftovers in an open package). The sachets of shampoo and body shower were provided for only one night and we stayed there for two nights. The internet didn't work from time to time (for short periods). It was quite noisy - even though the flat is located high, on the fifth floor, there were noises from the street in late evening and early morning hours.

Posizione sommariamente buona, l'appartamento è nuovo quindi abbastanza carino, con infissi ottimi, riscaldamento a pavimento non regolabile e non sempre sufficiente quindi bisogna accendere il condizionatore, balcone con tavolino e sedie presente ma mai usato, personale molto cordiale, presente spazzolino di cortesia. presenti pentole e bicchieri già puliti. presenti le cose necessarie come sale, acqua e sapone piatti.

Mancano tende alle porte finestre, chiunque può vederti a meno che non si abbassino le serrande facendo mancare luce all'appartamento, la doccia schizza molto fuori perchè mal progettata ed assente un porta sapone per cui bisogna poggiare le cose a terra, muffa nel bagno perchè mal ristrutturato quindi doccia calda e mancata ventilazione=muffa, bagno che oltre al riscaldamento a pavimento che non sembra essere sufficiente sembra un po freddo e non sono presenti termoarredi riscaldanti. cuscini del letto scomodi, di scarsissima qualità e in numero troppo risicato.

Very basic accommodation. Not even a spare pillow or blanket. Shower was very dirty with mould. Not even an iron to iron clothes. Room description was a King suite but it had a queen size bed.
