We loved the traditional style villa and the gorgeous, quiet location. The hosts were very helpful too.

The location is excellent and within walking distance of all bars and restaurants in Latchi yet sufficiently tucked away to offer peace and quiet.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like but I suppose it would be useful to be able to split and move the single bunk beds to offer more sleeping arrangement options.

The villa was in a great location, close to Latchi harbour and a great base for exploring the Akamas National Park and surrounding area. Much nicer than Paphos!

There were nesting sparrows in the eaves and we would have appreciated some cleaning cloths and antibacterial cleaner to wipe down outside eating areas, sunbeds etc. The hot tub listed in facilities was not in operation.

The location was quite quiet and seemingly in the countryside whilst only being a 10 minute drive to the nearest supermarket. Loads of nearby places for activities should you so choose. The property itself had a really enjoyable rustic vibe which was spotless, not a spec of dirt in sight. The BBQ facilities were great and the kitchen was ideal for any prep necessary for a large traditional BBQ feast. The owner was wonderfully helpful and accommodating, answering any questions we had about good local venues etc within minutes. A very large driveway out the front for very easy parking, you could fit multiple cars there without issue.

Some of the mattresses were a little hard. That's it. No other issues at all.

Very nice place with pool just outside the door, the communication with the owner mail/phone is super. The House is more than large enough for 6 adults we recommend this at any time

Great traditional Cyprus house that is very comfortable. The environment is green and conducive to relaxation. Big garden around the house is full of different fruits. Pool and BBQ facilities are awesome. The owner (Liel) is very hospitable and ready to help with any request. He met us with bottle of wine and food in the fridge. 5 minutes drive to one of the best beaches in the area (Ttakkas Bay) or 3 minutes to the nearest beach.
