Good location, convenient for exploring Rio.
Friendly and attentive staff.
Reasonable price for the area.
The Wi-Fi was disappointing. Nowadays, reliable internet is very important, especially for guests who work remotely. I needed to use my phone as a hotspot because the hotel’s internet was not good enough.
The towels and bed linen need to be renewed.
The air conditioning was extremely noisy, making it impossible to sleep with it turned on.
A quieter and more modern air conditioning system would make a big difference.

Location, walkable to everything
Staff not very friendly and walked away and never came back To Help me.
So I sent a message and got a response after we checked out

Good location, few blocks to the beach
When I did the check in the girl in the reception charged me charge me twice, first because a 5% fee but she was adding more reales to the sum and then the other guy call me to the reception the next day to remove that payment and then re charge me
They fixed the error but that is something ibis does no do anywhere, I’ve been using ibis in France, Netherlands, Germany and never got something like that
