The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and the facilities were good overall. Easy location for Canary Wharf.

Gym could have been better. Needs more free weights

We received a warm welcome from the reception team and every time we entered the hotel they were very welcoming. It was very clean.

It’s a heritage hotel that has been renovated but the style feels cheap and does not compliment the history of the hotel. The bed was cheap along with the bedroom decor, it felt budget and lacked style and elegance. We went down for breakfast at 9am and there was no food left really, she went to bring some out but we felt unwelcome and a burden, we decided to go elsewhere. Location wise it did not feel overly safe for 2 female travellers, we felt scared returning late at night with people handing around on the side street and speeding up the road on bikes and hiding their number plate. I would not return here.
