Who would complaint

1. I swear that My room was the cleanest in europe 2. The size of room and bed are perfect for a lady 3. I could take a bus heading to the downtown right in front of the place (120 bus to offenbach ) 4. This hostel is equipped with TV which offers youtube 5. I could go grocery shopping next to the place ( penny ) 6. The greeting was friendly 인근 호텔가격에 비하면 진짜 좋은 게하입니다~!

Well Technically to say , It is not hostel fault that airplanes sound is too loud to be silent every moment. but should be aware of that frankfurt is the city of the main airport in europe Sometimes WIFI is unstable but it is managable

No breakfast. Simple room, very clean. A bit loud in the night as it is directly at the road. ok for one night, good price.

A bit of street noise from the courtyard during summer is disturbing if your room is on the ground floor with window opening towards the courtyard.

Difficulties in finding a parking spot.

Warm and clean with comfy beds. Very good value for the price.

It is difficult to explain how horrible is this place. I can only say that, after paying, we left because it was impossible to stay there. No parking (as it is announced in their page on booking), people drinking lots of beer and smoking in the "garden" at the entrance, nobody attending the customers and nobody speaking English. The worse experience in our life! We already made a complaint with booking and we are now waiting to get our money back!!!

Booking should visit this place!!! Booking should not collaborate with this kind of places!!

The price

Location good, in quiet area.

There wasn’t clear parking communication and we parked on the street ( til 8 AM it was free) Also promised WIFI passwords was missing and we asked information from next door guests as accommodation provider didn’t answered to that question. Room was really durty and with strong cigarettes smell inside. As we are not smoking and travelled with child it was very unpleasant. Only one window in the room was covered with durty towel.
