great location, practical well equipped at decent price. bunk beds were full size and great mattreses, sleeps adults or kids.

cleaning routine could be improved, and as non smokers disturbing with lingering smell of smoke from the apartment.

Let's start with the host: incredibly nice and available. We forgot one bedsheet, and they brought it to us at 9 pm, without even charging us! The apartment is super well organized, there are all the amenities needed: coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher erc... and there are all the little extras that are super helpful when you're for a few days in an apartment: salt, oil, coffee etc... The location is great, a few steps away from Chamonix city center

If you go as a couple, you either use the bunk beds, or you need to give up the couch and use it as a bed.

Overall a comfortable apartment (the sofa bed is not the best in the world but also not the worst). Apartment is spacious. Close to the main street with restaurants / shops

Hosts charge for linen & towels, claiming it is a Covid measure, as "many" guests want to bring their own (horrible excuse to charge guests for additional services, and not cleaning / changing sheets between stays) - bed linen and towels are a bare minimum in an apartment, and definitely should not be charged for 10€/person (are the towels / linen new each time given the price?). If some people (I would imagine very few in reality) don't want to use the apartment sheets, they can ask, and take their own, but it should not be an extra to the vast majority of guests. In contrast to this so called "covid measure", they ask you to: clean all your dished, put them back in their place, take out the trash, etc., etc. This means that they do not clean the dishes whatsoever and basically you rely on the last guests "cleanness" to use clean things (not very Covid friendly when they are the ones supposed to be cleaning!) Parking is not reserved for the property, and in my case, there was no space available when I arrived, so I had to park somewhere else.

Vey cozy and quiet place. Near the center but not so close to hear the cars.

We were able to check in early as nobody was booked for previous day It had a clothes washer with soap

Price was ridiculously high, very poor value Place is a dark basement 1-room flat with obvious mold problem (host directions were to keep the place “aired-out”. Strong artificial scented oil to mask the mildew problem made us sneeze. Bed was very very very uncomfortable!!! Water pressure very high, be careful when you turn it on!

The location was easy to get to town. Just a short walk. The apartment was clean and simple. Very modest. The space is small but fit 3 nicely.

Accommodations were very simple. Thankful for the umbrellas in the closet.

Great location, very convenient, and garden perfect when travelling with pet. All very clean and complete.

Block of appartement itself is rather old, but still clean and well maintained.
