This property has a million dollar view!!! Melissa and Derek were wonderful. The unit was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The large balcony had an incredible view of the seashore, iguanas in the tree and parrots in flight. Spectacular!

Air conditioning a bit loud.

We loved everything about our stay at Pacifico Colonial. Melissa and Derek were wonderful. Melissa kept us well informed, and Derek our concierge couldn't be more helpful. Everything was better than we could have expected.

There was nothing we didn't like, the place was immaculate, everything was convenient for us. Loved having a washer and dryer which was a great help. We use the kitchen for some sporadic breakfasts and snacks. The views from the balcony were breathtaking. What's not to like?

The location was great , the view from the balcony was amazing. The two bedroom, two bathrooms condo is very comfortable and beautifully decorated. Mellissa and Dereck were very attentive to our needs and help us to book a catamaran tour and were helpful finding restaurants. We are very grateful to them and for this experience.

Exceptional view, beautiful sunrises, very spacious space, very friendly concierge and cleaning personnel, great location close to restaurants, very well equipped kitchen, quiet, just lovely!! We had a wonderful and relaxing time.

Nothing really

The property was clean and the views from the balcony were exceptional. Our property manager, concierge and housecleaner were attentive and helpful. The accommodations were beautiful.

It would have been so such better to have arrived late in the day to find a basic collection of condiments and starter supplies. (small amount of coffee, coffee filters, pepper, stick of butter. olive oil, a half dozen eggs, a bread product, juice and/or fruit). It did have salt, red pepper flakes and some left over soy sauce, but little else. We bought and left a $10 bag of special coffee beans, but realize in retrospect that we never saw a coffee bean grinder. Are these additions necessities? Certainly not, but they are for a very small cost an element that a “class” rental will provide and make the guest well remember the rental experience.

Great location and incredible views from the stunning terrace, where we enjoyed wildlife sightings daily. Melissa and Derek were attentive hosts, who made us feel welcome.

Loved the Penthouse, so big and spacious. The rooms are huge and come with smart TVs. The bathrooms are just as big. Kitchen comes with everything you need to cook. It has three decks and all have amazing views. Only downfall is that it’s not in the jungle. It’s off the main road with loud road noise starting at 5am and sits above the jungle. You do get to watch the monkey and birds from above. You will see Macaws, Tuscans, monkeys and iguanas. And in the morning you will hear Howler Monkeys. I just would have much rather been down inside the jungle. And the pool isn’t much at all. Not what I was expecting. More of a cooling off pool, very small and no view. Be aware that if you want to sit on the deck after dark 6pm and play cards you might get a knock on your door from the security guard for being loud. Apparently you have to be quiet after dark, no enjoying your vacay. It does however have the most amazing view in all of Manuel Antonio. Amazing sunsets and very close to all the restaurants. The house cleaner is very friendly and does a great job. Mellissa is wonderful and made our trip so smooth, anything we needed she was there to help.

It isn’t very kid friendly. Nothing for them to do at the condo.
