Beautiful location very very clean

Luxury tent overlooking a car park, tent no 5 and was hoping for our own fire pit

This is a nice park with lots of shady camping options. The caravan park is near the water, but there are no views. Location near Walpole is very nice. Couple of suggestions: Lots of beautiful National Parks in the area. Take the Walpole eco-boot tour! If you arrive from the East, do your shopping in Denmark.

We were very unlucky with the cold and wet winter weather. We had booked a glamping tent with an ensuite, which in that weather was just a dark and unattractive tent for quite a lot of money. It would have been nice if they had suggested that may be a small chalet would have been nicer in the circumstances, as there was plenty of space. Anyhow, in the more usual weather it will be very nice.

The stay in the luxury glamping tent was amazing,better than most 5 star hotel rooms. Location to beach , walking trails & town was perfect . Very helpful staff who suggested WOW Eco cruise which was a fantastic experience. Other activities like Giant tree top walk only 10 minutes drive away.

Tents are not private. Will be good for group. No place to have camp fire at tents. Expensive for what you get. you have to clean up and wash dishes. if the tents was more private and secluded. Was not worth the money.

My “Glamping” tent was superb and a highlight of my stay down south. Perfect location for a layover to explore the area on my way to Albany. The tent was very welcoming, and the facilities of the immaculate ensuite and small kitchenette were brilliant. Everything had been thought of, even the electric blanket was an added bonus as the tent was surprisingly cold at this time of year. My first Glamping experience, hopefully one of many. Would happily stay again.

Only small issue was noise from other tents / cabins but appreciate the time of year was a factor as the site was full. Children settled quickly, it was more a case of ignorant adults, and hardly the fault of Coalmine.
