Ci siamo sentiti come a casa, coccolati in tutto e per tutto!
Iniziamo dalla struttura, meravigliosa, intima, tenuta con cura, pulitissima. Ha anche una terrazza molto bella dove poter sia mangiare, sia rilassarsi.
Il proprietario Roberto e la sua preziosa collaboratrice Nilde, ci hanno accolti nel migliore dei modi, con tè e biscottini fatti in casa e tanti consigli su dove andare, nonché aneddoti e informazioni interessanti sulla cultura marocchina.
Tutto lo staff è fantastico, premuroso ed attento ad ogni piccolo dettaglio.
Sono persone speciali e siamo fortunati ad aver scelto proprio questo Riad, non avremmo potuto chiedere di meglio! Pranzo e colazione deliziosi preparati con cura con ingredienti scelti.
Nota di merito anche a Simo, gentilissimo e che ci ha preparato la colazione all’alba prima della nostra partenza!
Già ci mancate tutti e ci auguriamo di poter tornare.

Roberto (the owner) and the rest of the staff were so kind, helpful and welcoming! The riad is absolutely gorgeous and in a wonderful location. Roberto had great suggestions for restaurants, things to do, you name it. I highly recommend this place, 10++ for sure!

La struttura è situata a 10/15 minuti a piedi dalla piazza principale Jemaa el Fna. Si trova in una zona molto centrale della medina, quindi non è difficile spostarsi. Abbiamo soggiornato in più di un riad durante il nostro viaggio in Marocco ma sicuramente questo è stato una dei più belli. Le camere sono più spaziose rispetto a quelle di altre riad (sia la doppia che la tripla), sono estremamente pulite e ben arredate. Il proprietario Roberto è stato veramente gentile, anche oltre il dovuto! Un ringraziamento speciale anche per Awatif e Mohamed che ci hanno aiutati moltissimo. Vi fanno sentire veramente a casa. Struttura caldamente consigliata!

Everything was great, from the rooms to the staff.
Location is at the beginning of the Medina, so quite easy to reach and only few min walking from the main attractions.
Roberto, the host, is super friendly and gives lots of good advices and his staff is great!!
We also had a friend allergic to gluten and the staff managed to prepare special breakfast for her.

The staff were fantastic! Super helpful and friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant.
A shame that the pool was not working. Also was a bit annoying to see the rooms advertised at 40% discount having payed full price when we booked months ago.

I cannot emphasise enough how amazing this Riad is. All of the staff are extremely friendly and attentive and Roberto is absolutely wonderful.
Breakfast was amazing and our room was beautiful (Suite Reale). Without a doubt I will absolutely be staying here again!

The riad makes such a beautiful refuge from the excitement of the city. Roberto is the kindest host and couldn't have been more welcoming. The staff, especially Avi and Simo, are absolutely lovely and did everything they could to make us happy and comfortable. Highly recommended a stay.

We had an amazing stay. The position is perfect, tranquil, yet still very close to the main square (10 min walking distance). The riad is beautiful, tastefully designed, confortable and quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Strongly recommended :)

it’s an amazing place with fine finishes and a gorgeous Moroccan ambient. they offer massage, traditional and haman. the food is amazing and Simo was very kind and attentive with us.
the room and bathroom was big and they changed the towels on a daily basis.

The location is a little sketchy at night in particular but the road itself feels like a home. Roberto and his team couldn’t be nicer !

Ambience at Riad Azahar is great with a nice owner who cares for your needs. The staff is very friendly showing high level of hospitality. Very spacy rooms well accommodated and comfortable.

Staff was super friendly, riad was quiet and peaceful, and we loved the breakfast, especially the home-made yogurt.
Only issue is that you can't drive to the Riad and instead need to walk around 3-5 minutes. Normally not a big deal, but if you are carrying heavy luggage, it will seems like a long walk :)

Roberto, the owner, is very nice, friendly and helpful. Mohamed, who was there in the morning for the breakfast, is one of the kindest person we have ever met. the breakfast was delicious and authentic. The location is perfect and the Riad beautiful and clean.
there was a motorbike sometimes in the patio that was not fitting at all with the peaceful and authentic setting

The breakfast was delicious, and Roberto and Simo and the other staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and always helped us. Rooms were clean and tidy and comfortable, and room service always made sure it stayed like that.
Everything was fantastic, from the rooms to the staff, but the location is a bit hard to get to, and you have to go through lots of paths to get back after a tiring day. Apart from that, everything was great.

The all stay was fantastic. Roberto and his team were great, with very attention to detail and our needs and expectations.
I would like to congratulate all the staff, namely Simon, Awatif, Said ,Fatema e Majda, for their kindness and efficiency.
The riad is very well located, very confotable and very well decorated.
The breakfast was excelent.
The terrace with its small swimming pool were also very good, and had great views to the medina.
All the ambiance is charming and invites you to a relaxing stay, after the intensity of the medina and souks walks!
The noise isolation could be better in the rooms, as the public areas confine with them.
The leaving room areas, in the winter, are a litle bit cold and less confortable.

Riad Azahar is a great place to visit. The rooms are very clean and quiet and the terrace is fabulous - you can enjoy your coffee or see the beautiful sunsets of Morocco. Roberto and the team were really helpful, polite and made us feel like home. Anything you need - from information to booking trips/transport, they will be there for you. We will definitely return to this beautiful place.

My husband, two young children, and I stayed at Riad Azahar the last week of December and we had the most amazing experience. From the airport pick-up to the fantastic mint tea reception during check-in to the personalized farewell from Roberto (the Riad's sweet retired owner), we really felt like the Riad was our home away from home. The staff went above and beyond in the service they provided and always made our children feel so welcome as if we were family. Also, we booked the ENORMOUS King Suite and were so pleased with its size, amenities, and comfort. We were so sad to have to leave after 5 days' stay and continue to miss our experience at the Riad even now. Thank you Roberto and team for making our stay so, so wonderful!!

We had a wonderful stay here, the hospitality & service is excellent and there is a warm & homely vibe to the place.
We had dinner at the restaurant one evening - it was delicious and the portions were huge.
Breakfast would have been improved by fresh fruit (not just bananas) and some eggs (even just boiled eggs.) Whilst the quality of what was served was very good, it was all just carbs...

Everything; the place, the food and of course, the staff. The place is located in the old medina which is near the big square where most of the shops are located. The staffs were very accommodating and was so nice.

We arrived very late (around 3AM) and still were gracefully greeted and accommodated.
Roberto is an exceedingly gracious host inviting us for a very pleasant chat at the fireplace with local tea.
Overall we had a great experience and readily would recommend this Riad so others can be as happy as we were.
Certainly would like to return, hopefully soon. Gracie Roberto.
