Location was good. Close to train station and able to check in later in the evening after late night train. Room was clean and comfortable. Elevator was useful and didn’t have to walk up flights of stairs to get to our floor. Value for money was good.

It looked empty.
No duvet but sheets and blanket
Single bed really narrow.

I like how the hotel has a simple but comfortable room at low cost. Very convenient and walking distance to food place the Ocean Mall and the open big market. The staff know very little English but a very friendly and helpful.
I didn't like that there is no hot water kettle in the room. Such an inconvenience to find hot water to have an early morning cup of coffee or afternoon tea. I mean, why doesn't this hotel just have a large hot water dispenser for use in the lobby ? I see that they have in adjacent conference room? Go figure !

Middle of town and easy to walk around
The property is tired. It has been ridden hard and needs love. The host was very nice though and walked us up to the room and made sure we were good to go.

"The staff was first class. They work very hard to please the customer. One of the staff even picked me up when they saw me walking on the street. Thank you Bie Pie."
