Famigi

We were met by the owner and his son. They were both very pleasant and explained everything regarding the accommodation. The accommodation was immaculate and was cleaned on a daily basis. Breakfast pastries delivered fresh daily and a good selection of breakfast items and coffee. The location is great with easy access to transport and all the sights. We unfortunately left a family teddy and the owner Vincenzo went above and beyond to return the teddy to our home in Scotland within 2 days. I would highly recommend the accommodation and would not hesitate to stay again when visiting Naples. Can't wait to go back.

There is nothing negative regarding property, location or owner.

The position was very convenient.

None.

It was a really good, clean and comfortable accomodation. The breakfast was fresh, big croissant but beside this there were always little jam, nutella, joghurt, milk and coffee capsules (with the machine available) waiting for us in the kitchen for free. The cleaning was very nice every day, good smell and new towels every time. The AC worked perfectly. The bed and the pillows were comfortable. One day my sunglasses fell off and one of the lenses fell out of it - the next day I found my sunglasses perfectly repaired so I didn't had to do it at home - a very big good surprise! Thank you Famigi!

The room is lovely, air-conditioning very efficient. All very clean.

Property is located up a bleak alleyway, on the second floor inside a rundown apartment block. The concrete stairs are dangerous and there is NO lighting in them.
