A very spacious main room with a functional kitchen, useful air conditioning during the hotter days, and a nice view from the top floor that you can admire sitting on a large balcony. There are many good places to eat in the neighborhood. Besides the Stara Varos, there are also new buildings across the street with plenty of modern spots for having coffee or breakfast. Within a walking distance there is a large grocery store and a pharmacy.
The apartment could use some refreshing, especially when it comes to the stained and heavily worn mattress and the bathroom. Additionally, the ironing board was completely broken, yet it is still kept in the apartment even though it can’t be used at all. The bathroom grout requires more thorough cleaning, the door gets stuck sometimes and it is best to not use the key to lock it at all. The kitchen equipment is also partially worn out (e.g., bent cutlery and discolored mugs).

The apartment is on the fifth floor in a building with an elevator. Therefore, it has a nice view of the old and new parts of the city. It has a bedroom separated from the living room, the kitchen is well equipped. Most of the city's attractions are within walking distance. The host is helpful and caring (he also took care of our parking problems). Podgorica and its surroundings (including the Morača and Dajbaba monasteries) are worth a visit.
maybe just parking problems in the city as a whole
