I would say WHO I liked : RODRIGO (the person in charge of the "appartamento"). He is the best. A nice guy who is always present and helpful (although he doesn't speak any English)

I didn't like a single thing. Whatever in that flat was disgusting. The flat is very old: You cannot pull the drain to the toilet or all the water would come out. We could NOT throw the toilet paper in the WC or the toilet would clog (but it happened even when we did not throw anything) .There are little red spiders everywhere and small animals of different kind. There are black holes in the floor tiles. Pots are dirty. There were leftovers in the fridge. On top of all this, the location is also terrible: There is NOTHING around (not even a supermarket), only old houses that looked like "favelas". We were forced to rent a car or we could not go anywhere. Besides you pay 20,00 euros extra for the cleaning (done just BEFORE your arrival), but the apartment is not very cleaned (if you want someone to clean more often, you should pay extra each time). Finally: towels and sheets are never changed . Luckily, we only stayed 4 days....I could not stay any longer. It's the second time, to me, that BOOKING.COM reports untruthful information. Nothing was as described in booking, not even the spoken language: NO ONE speaks English or any other language except Portuguese.
