Posizione ottima per visitare Erice. La casa è nel centro storico di Erice e non dista molto dal parcheggio (200 mt dal parcheggio moto gratuito). Colazione standard ma buona e con cornetto fresco

Spalliera del letto scomoda in ferro e separata dal letto (se ci si appoggia si sposta e fa rumore). Ci sono delle scale per raggiungere il bagno! Questa cosa non era specificata al momento della prenotazione e per chi va al bagno di notte abbastanza di frequente è un problema oltreché un pericolo. C'è una finestra sporgente che abbiamo trovata aperta. L'abbiamo chiusa onde evitare di sbatterci la testa dato che si trova nel corridoio che va verso il bagno, dove c'è un piccolo scaldabagno elettrico per l'acqua calda. Mi sono fatto la doccia dopo la mia comoagna (la cui doccia è durata 3-4 minuti) e l'acqua ormai era fredda perché quella calda era terminata. Non c'è aria condizionata ma questo non è stato un problema viste le temperature più basse che ci sono ad Erice. Ragno di benvenuto in cucina. Ci sono infissi vecchi che non isolano dai rumori. Si sentono urla e schiamazzi delle persone che passano nonostante gli infissi siano chiusi. Vicino al bagno c'è una porta chiusa che mette in comunicazione i due appartamenti. Mi sono spaventato quando i vicini di appartamento sono entrati perché sembrava fossero entrati nel nostro appartamento! Quando hanno acceso la luce si vedeva anche dal nostro lato e viceversa per via di un vetro posto sopra alla porta che separa i due appartamenti. Basta parlare e si sente tutto.. Posto scomodo da raggiungere dato che si trova in una ZTL e per chi ha valige pesanti deve considerare di fare 200 metri circa a piedi con le valige. Nel mio caso le valige non avevano le ruote (tipo trolley dato che trattasi di 3 valige da moto) quindi è stato particolarmente faticoso.

Case Bruno made us feel like we were transported back into the elegance and culture of Erice centuries before, albeit with modern comforts. Our hosts were extremely accommodating, friendly and helpful.

We liked the location

The apartment didn't have a kitchen, even if in the add it was written that it has. The host told us that it was put in the add by mistake, but anyway we booked this apartament just because we were sure that we can cook there. I have an allergies and it's important for me to have a possibility to cook, and in this apartment I couldn't. We proposed to the host to give us some reduction, but she didn't agree. She brought us old cooker, which was impossible to use. It was not a kitchen like it supposed to be. Moreover in the apartment we heard a noise. It was a very loud water pomp that was making continuous and impossible to stand sound.

Excellent location in the thick of the old quarter. Property is very clean, also very quiet. Our room was very spacious.

Just a faint blanket to cover. At the beginning of October, it is already quite cold at night. No heating. Breakfast tragic. There was basically none.

The town of Erice is beautiful.

We only stayed 1 night and it was terrible, there is a very very loud noise that is so loud you cannot sleep, the owner says its from a water pump, but in the evening and in the morning there was literally no running water in the building! We couldnt shower or use the toilet neither in the evening nor in the morning the next day. The owner didnt pick up the phone and answered to messages on whatsapp very very late. In the morning we waited half an hour for a guy to come fix the water (even though there was no water in the evening and the owner knew about it and she did nothing to fix it). We left this place tired, frustrated, we could not rest at all. Couldnt sleep because of the noise and couldnt refresh because there was no water. If you want to relax and enjoy your holiday, never choose this place.

Great location in Erice. The host was very friendly and there was a nice breakfast.
