The location was stunning, beautiful views over Dubrovnik walls and the adriatic. Josip was the perfect host communicating with us all the way through, and sending video's of how to find the property (it can be a little tricky the first time, but the video's were very helpful). There was great supplies for everything that is needed for a relaxed holiday. Nearby supermarket, cafe's and restaurants. Walkable into the old town. Beds were super comfortable, air conditioning in the bedrooms and living area's was great. Josip supplied some wine, milk, beer and other treats on our arrival which was a lovely touch. Highly recommend this as a place to stay in Dubrovnik, would have loved to have stayed longer.

The path to the apartment and stairs are not for the faint hearted with luggage, but the view and the apartment are totally worth the effort.

Absolutely fabulous stay! The apartment is the cleanest apartment we have ever stayed in. Spacious and very comfortable. Great artwork on walls! The views are incredible. The location perfect- 4 min walk to Banje Beach- so very easy to duck down for a swim. 6 min walk and you’re in The Old Town. 15 min walk to St. Jacob beach. Plenty of supermarkets around. Josip the host is AMAZING- keeping us updated with in depth directions and recommendations. It was very handy having a washing machine and a proper fridge. Tip- Josip gives wonderful instructions for arriving at the top of property not the bottom- so much easier with luggage. But get him to organise your transfers - his drivers know where to drop you off!

Nothing- was all incredible.

Great location. Not too far from old town

The place is just like its name, true pearl. The entire apartment was beautiful. Air conditioning in every room, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, washing machine, you name it And the view……..breathtaking. I could just sit on the balcony and watch ships and little boats all day and all night Great communication with the host.

There is nothing I didn’t like
